Do not hold the trigger down too long

Avoid depressing trigger continuously for more than 20 seconds

The steam mop should remain moving while turned on

Allowing machine to sit in the same spot for too long builds up steam

Inspect the filter
- Remove filter
- Look for cracks or damage on the side or top
- If damaged, a replacement needs to be ordered
