KENT Vegetable Cleaner

The KENT Vegetable Cleaner Is an excellent ozonator which removes pesticides, bacteria, viruses and harmful chemicals from the surface of vegetables. fruits. sea food. meat. rice and other eatables, making them fresh and pure.

Installation Guidelines

  1. KENT Vegetable Cleaner can be placed on a table or mounted on a wall.
  2. Select an appropriate position for the device.
  3. The maximum distance between water container and the device should be 0.5 metres.
  4. Place the hanging board locating sticker on the wall where the device needs to be mounted
  5. Drill holes as per the space provided in the sticker.
  6. Now insert the puff up (screw) bolt and screw in the hanging board on the wall.
  7. Place the device on hanging board hangers and ensure that it is in a balanced position.
  8. The device is now ready for use.
  9. The system and installation needs to comply with state and local laws and regulations.

Note: If the wall is not straight or the screws are not properly drilled in an even position, the device might shake and produce strange sounds. In such a situation, place a rubber pad between the device and wall,

How to Install a Silicon Tube?

Insert the hollow end of silicon rubber tube in the nipple located at the back side of the device,

Usage Guidelines

Step 01:
Take a bowl and fill it up with fresh and dean water.

Step 02:
Fill the container with the vegetables/fruits to be cleaned. While vegetables and fruits could be cleaned together. do not mix vegetables and meat based products for cleaning.

Step 03:
Dip the silicon tube with stone attached to Its end in the container.

Step 04:
Insert the main plug into the power socket and switch on the power supply.

Step 05:
Switch on the machine by turning on power switch (On/Off button). The LEO light flashes to Indicate that the device is ready to be used.

Step 06:
Set the appropriate time (15 or 30 minutes) depending upon the items to be cleaned (Refer chart for further clarification). For meat based products, the applicable time is 30 minutes.

Step 07:
Th.e device will automatically stop after the expiry of the set time. Once the device has stopped, remove the stone and throw away the water In the container.

Step 08:
Wash the vegetables/fruits in fresh water.

Step 09:
The cleaned vegetables/fruits are now ready for consumption. If the cleaned Items are not to be consumed immediately, wipe them dry with a dean napkin or tissue paper and store them for later consumption.

Note: If the quantity is large, then one can use a bucket as well, But in this ease, keep the timer set for 30 minutes.

Caution

  1. Do not spray ozone air directly on your face.

  2. For preventing the adverse water flow and optimum utilization of ozone. assure that the
    device has been placed at a higher level than the water tub.

  3. Do not spray water on the device to prevent damage. fire and electric shocks.

  4. Keep the device away from heat or high temperatures.

  5. Do not use the device in an airtight room.

  6. Keep the device away from children.

  7. The device uses high voltage current Please do no1 open and repair it by yourself.

  8. If the device breaks down. Do not try to repair the device by yourself.

  9. Remember to clean the device with a soft, dry fabric on a weekly basis.

  10. Unplug the device. If you are not using It for a long period.

  11. Refer to the above items for cleaning and maintaining the device,

  12. This appliance is not to be used by children or any person with reduced physical, sensory or mental capability or lack of experience and knowledge. unless they have been given supervision or Instructions.

  13. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent
    or similarly qualified persons In order to avoid a hazard.

Terms & Conditions of Warranty

KENT warrants all new products manufactured by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage and service from the date of purchase as under:

  1. The warranty period commences from the date of purchase by the first end-user. During this warranty period of one year KENT or its Authorised Service Provider (ASP) will replace or repair any part of the KENT Vegetable Cleaner that in their opinion is defective in operation due to faulty material or workmanship (ie. manufacturing defects) with the exception of consumables.
  2. The product’s plastic body is not covered under warranty. hence must be handled with care to prevent any breakage.
  3. The original purchaser of the unit can avail services under warranty at the point of sale by producing the damaged parts along with the original invoice.
  4. Product returned to KENT or its ASP for warranty check, must be shipped and freight prepaid.
  5. KENT or its ASP shall not be held liable for claims exceeding the cost of repair of the defects in workmanship.
  6. This warranty agreement shall not be interpreted to render  KENT or its ASP responsible for injuries or damages of any kind-direct, consequential or contingent to person or property.
  7. KENT or its ASP shall not be held responsible by representative or buyer for failures caused due to Forces Majeures such as floods, earthquakes or due to other reasons such as transportation strikes, labour disputes with outside suppliers or due to reasons beyond the control of KENT or its ASP. They shall not be forced to abide by any obligations of the warranty agreement.
  8. KENT or its ASP shall not be held liable for repair or alterations made without prior written approval, clogging by suspended matter, precipitates or biological growth or due to lack of proper maintenance.
  9. KENT or its ASP cannot and shall not be held liable for any sickness or illness due to the consumption of drinking ozonated water from KENT Vegetable Cleaner or its ASP does not have any control over the maintenance and usage,
