If your vacuum is not suctioning like it used to it is likely due to an

obstruction in the air pathway

Follow these steps to resolve:

  • Test for suction at end of the Extension Wand (dirt tank must be attached to machine)

    • Push the release button and lift the Wand up
    • Turn on, hold hand over end of Extension Wand
  • Is there suction at the end of the Extension Wand?

    • Yes > Go to __Lower Hose/Foot
    • No > Disconnect the Hose from the Extension Wand
    • Turn on, hold hand over end of Hose
  • Is there suction at the end of the Hose?

    • Yes > This would indicate there is a clog in the Extension Wand
    • Push broomstick through Extension Wand to clear debris
  • No > Disconnect the Hose from the back of machine

    • Turn Hose cuff to left to remove
  • Inspect the hose, is it cracked or damaged?

    • Yes > Replace the hose > Go to Parts & Supplies
    • No > Push a broomstick through hose to clear clogs & debris
  • Reattach hose to the back of the machine

  • Turn on & check for suction at the end of the hose
