If your vacuum is not suctioning like it used to it is likely due to an
obstruction in the air pathway
Follow these steps to resolve:

Test for suction at the end of the Hand Vac
- Remove the Hand Vac from the Handle
- Turn ON, hold hand over end of Hand Vac

Is there suction at the end of the Hand Vac?
- Yes > Go to Brush/Foot Area
- No > Remove the Dirt Tank from the Hand Vac
- Remove mesh Filter at end of Hand Vac
- Turn ON, hold hand on opening at end of Hand Vac

Is there suction at the end of the Hand Vac with the Dirt Tank removed?
- Yes > This would indicate the Filters need to be cleaned
- Go to Cleaning Filters
- No > please Contact Us
