Noise Shots X5 PRO True Wireless Earbuds Powered by Qualcomm aptX with 150 Hours Total Playtime (Charcoal Grey) earbuds not paired correctly
Follow pairing steps
- Low Charge/safety steps not followed while charging “· Make sure the eabuds are properly connected inside the charging case
- Don’t leave the product to charge overnight
- Use the USB micro cable given inside the packaging box
- To charge the product only use 5V charger. Use of any other adapter/Dash charger may harm the battery inside the charging case
- read and follow the safety instructions for charging the product in the user manual”
- Charge the product fully and follow the reset steps “Make sure that X5 Pro is charged fully before resetting the device
- Forget/Delete your Noise Shots X5 PRO from the list of Saved Devices on your phone’s Bluetooth.
- Place both ear buds into the charging case.
- Tap both the ear buds three times at the same time
- Note: Both LED ear buds will blink once in White and then turn red.
- Take out the ear buds from the charging Case. And repeat the pairing process
- Note: LED will flash white quickly and will turn on when they are synchronized successfully.
- Left/Right side ear bud is stop working “Make sure that X5 Pro is charged fully before resetting the device
- Forget/Delete your Noise Shots X5 PRO from the list of Saved Devices on your phone’s Bluetooth.
- Place both ear buds into the charging case.
- Tap both the ear buds three times at the same time
- Note: Both LED ear buds will blink once in White and then turn red.
- Take out the ear buds from the charging Case. And repeat the pairing process
