CHARGING THE NOISEFIT FORCE SMART WATCH

Before using your Noise Fit Force for the first time, charge the battery to its full capacity. use the charging cable provided with t he watch to charge.
On a full charge, Noise Fit Force can last up to 7 days.
Note: The battery life and time to fully charge your device may vary as par usage and 01her factors.

To charge:: Noisef”1t Force

  • Plug the USB cable into a power adaptor. Plug the power adaptor into an electrical socket
    (Power adaptor not included).

  • Piece the dock charger on the magnetic charging points of the watch.

  • While your watch is charging. the screen will show its progress.

  • Once the battery is fully charged. remove the charger.

POWER ON
Press and hold the middle crown button for a few seconds to t urn on the watch.

POWER OFF
Press and hold the middle crown button for a few seconds to turn off the watch.

WAKIING UP THE WATCH

To preserve battery, the watch screen turns off when not in use. To turn the screen back on, you can wake up the watch by:

  • Pressing the side button
  • Turning on the wrist sense

WATCH NAVIQATION
The NoiseFit Faroe smartwatch has a 1.32″ display touch screen.
Navigate t he watch by tapping on the screen, swiping t ide to side, up and down and pressing the side button.

HOME SCREEN NAVIGATION

The home screen is the watch face.
From the home screen:

  • Swipe up to check your message notification’s.
  • Swipe down to access the Quick settings menu.
  • Swipe left to access shortcuts.
  • Swipe right to go to main menu.

BUTTON NAVIOATION

  • Press the middle crown button to turn on and off the watch display.
  • Press the upper side button to go to main menu or to go back to home screen.
  • Press the lower side button to go to sports mode from the home screen.

SETUP

Before pairing, make sure that your smartphone and smartwatch are next to each other.
The app will ask for personal information such as height, weight and sex to calculate your stride length, distance covered, calorie burn rate.

  • Turn on Bluetooth and the location on your mobile device.
  • In your smartphone, download the Noise Fit app from the Play store or the App store and install it.
  • Create an account or login using an existing account.

Note: E:nsure that your smartphone 1s running on Android 5.1+ or iOS 8.0+ and is connected to mobile data or a Wi-Fi network.

PAIR THE WATCH

  • Open the NoiseFit app and allow the Bluetooth and GPS positioning ta be turned on.
  • Feed in your personal information and health goals in t he app.
  • Go to ‘Pair Device’ page in the app, select the watch name and MAC address and link. the watch

SETTINGS

  • Brightness
    Set the brightness level 8$ per your preference.

  • Vibration
    Choose to turn on/off the vibration.

  • Menu view
    You can choose the way you want to see the
    watch features as per your preference.

  • App Download
    Scan the QR code to connect with the app.

  • About
    You will find all the information related to the device here, Including device name, Bluetooth name and version.

  • Power off
    Go to Power off to power off your watch.

  • Reset
    You can choose to reset. Do note if you choose to reset. all your data and settings will be erased.

Please note that some of the features might change alter the OTA upgrade.

WATCH FEATURES

WATCH FACE
You can switch between different watch faces in the watch, choose and download cloud-based,
animated watch faces or create your own watch feces In the Noise Fit app.

CHANGING THE WATCH FACE
Give your screen a personalized style by changing or customizing the watch face from the NoiseFit app or the watch.

ON THE WATCH
Touch and hold the home screen. Swipe and choose from the watch faces.

IN THE APP
Go to watch faces, select the watch face of your choice and tap save to change the watch face.

STEPS

You can check your daily activity progress in terms of the steps taken, distance covered, calories burned a11d active time.

HEART RATE

NolseFit Faroe supports 24/7 heart rate tracking. You can $elecl the measurement frequency In the app settings.
To measure your heart rate In real time, go to the Heart Rate monitor. You can view the oll-dey dote on the watch end opp.
Note: Make sure your arms .and wrists are still and there is no spaoo between your watch and the wrist.

SLEEP

You can view your most recent sleep record and sleep quality in various sleep stages in the NoiseFlt app. The feature will measure the device records or the user’s sleep cycle, sleep states (light sleep and deep sleep)

SP02

NoiseFit Force supports viewing of the highest and lowest values of Blood Oxygen level of the day and the measurement data throughout the day. To measure your blood oxygen level real time, 90 to the Blood Oxygen monitor and let it measure.
Note: Make sure your arms and wrists are still and there is no apace between your watch and the wrist.

STOPWATCH

A stopwatch can be set on the watch. You can also set lap times in the stopwatch.

BLUETOOTH CALLING

NoiseFit Force supports Bluetooth calls.
You can dial, answer, silent and reject calls from the smartwatch as long as the watch’s
Bluetooth is connected with the smartphone and is with in Bluetooth range.
Connect your phone’s Bluetooth with the Noise Fit Force~ Bluetooth to use the calling feature.

CONTACTS

You can choose to sync some contacts from your phone into the NaiseFit app which will be reflected on your watch.
Choose from the list of saved contacts in your smartwatch and coll.

CALL HISTORY

Choose from the call logs to call any of the previous contacted number,

ALARM

You can add. delete, and enable/disable alarms on the watch. You can set alarms in the NoiseFit app and it will sync with the watch. You can also label alarms to identify them.

TIMER

You can sets timer with a pre-set duration on the watch and the timer will remind you when the time is up. Choose Timer and set it as per your requirement.

The NolseFlt Force smartwatch stores your activity data for upto 7 days in between the time you sync your watch to the Noisef it app.
Activity data includes your steps, distance, calories. active minutes, heart rate, sleep duration and workout data. We recommend syncing the watch to the App daily.

How do I update my NoiseFit Force?

You can update your Noisefit Farce via the NoiseFit app. Go to My Prof ile and select Check for updates,

How do I find my watch’s current firmware version?

You can find the watch’s current firmware on the watch. Go to Settings on the NoiseFit. app. Select Device information, choose Check for updates and update if any update is available.

How do I save battery?

Follow these simple steps to save NoiseFit Force battery.

  • Minimise the sc reen brightness
  • Limit the notification you receive from the NoiseFit app.

How does the watch estimate how many calories have been burned?

NoiseFit Force estimates how many calories you’ve burned based on the physical data you entered when you set up your account.

How do I change my activity goals?
You can do it through the Noisefit app. Go to My Profile. Go to Setup and select My Objectives. Change your goals and confirm.

How do I log my weight?
You can log in your weight tile first time you setup your NoiseFit app. However, you con update the weight later via NoiseFlt app.
Go to My Profile, select Pernonal Information and change or update your weight. You can update birthday, height, country and email id as well.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Do not disassemble the battery on your own.

  • Do not expose NoiseFit Force to extremely high or low temperatures.

  • Charge the battery in a cool, ventilated room .

  • Do not open, crush, bend, deform, puncture or shred secondary cells or batteries. In the event of a battery break or leek, prevent battery liquid contact with skin or eyes. If this happens, immediately flush 1he areas with water(D0 NOT RUB THE EVE) or seek medical help.

  • Keep the batteries out of children’s reaching in a safe place to prevent danger.

  • Do not place the batteries in the water.

  • Do not short-circuit. Short -circuiting may damage the battery. Short· circuiting can occur when a metallic object. such as coins. uses the direct connection of positive and negative terminals of the battery.

  • Do not use your product in a sauna or steam room.

  • Do not dispose of batteries in the fire as that may cause an explosion. Dispose of used batterie in accordance with your local regulations. Do r,01 dispose it as household waste.

  • Use only the charging cable supplied to charge the battery. Do not charge for more than 24 hours.
