check your Willow size

What’s your Willow size? Your size for Willow might be different than the size you use for another pump! Using the right size for your Flange or Milk Container can make all the difference when it comes to comfort and milk volume you get with Willow. You need to measure the size of the base of your nipple to get the correct size for Willow.
Visit willowpump.com/sizeme to check your size and see which accessories are available.

your bra matters

The bra you wear while pumping with Willow needs to keep the Pump pressed firmly and securely against your breast. Use a full-coverage nursing bra with a flap.

TIP: If it feels like Willow might shift when you move, tighten your bra or pick a different one.

check if your nipple’s centered

Look through the clear Flange. The tip of your nipple should NOT touch the top, sides, or bottom of the Flange Tunnel. If it does, try again.

NOTE: If your nipple is touching the Flange Tunnel even with proper alignment, you may not have the correct Flange size.

You might hear quiet sounds when you’re pumping – they’ll change as Willow transitions from Stimulation to Expression.

Willow Wearable Breast Pump - pump2

Louder, slower sounds
The Pump is latching.
Remember to hold Willow securely against your breast.
Short, quick sounds
You’ll experience let-down – the milk will start to flow.
Slow, quiet sounds
Many women transition within 2 minutes, but this can vary.
Note: you cannot go back to the Stimulation phase.
The Pump transitions from Stimulation to Expression as soon as the let-down is detected.

flip to finish

You’ll see milk in the Flange Tunnel after you break the latch and remove Willow. Flip Willow upside down to capture this milk in the Milk Bag (psst … it’s normal for a few drops to be left in the Flextube™ after Flip to Finish).
