TROUBLESHOOTING
No Power
1. Check battery level and charge if needed.
2. Try a Microphone while connected to the power cable.
Radio not clear
1. Please make sure to plug in the Micro USB cable into the Power Input
connector (without plugging into the charger) as the cable will double as an
aerial.
2. Change the location of the Microphone for better reception.
Bluetooth not Connecting or No Sou
- Search and connect to MIC-MK21.
- Check the volume on the connected devices and increase if necessary.
Micro SD Card or USB drive not working or files not playing
- Check the Micro SD Card or USB drive is formatted to FAT32 or exFAT file system.
- Make sure to only use MP3 files copied to the storage.
