They have recently cut out while listening to music on the iHeart radio app. I can’t pause the iHeart radio app after I’ve taken a phone call. But has worked with Amazon Music without a problem, no cutting out, running or not
Do they come with wings or anything to help keep them in ears?
No wings. The ear buds are pretty lightweight and the rubber tips have worked well for me (including while running).
Can you use the left or right while charging the other?
You can you use either right or left independently, but you lose half of the push button abilities that the headphones have.
Why are these not returnable? Other Sony earbuds on Amazon are.
Amazon is weird. Sometimes the item allows for returns and sometimes it doesn’t. A few days ago, returns wasn’t available for this item but I checked today and I was able to process the return.
How is the microphone? Can the person you’re talking to hear you clearly?
The mic worked ok for other people to hear me on conference calls. My coworkers said they were able to hear me just fine, issue was my voice was so loud in my ears that I couldn’t turn the volume up enough to hear a as soft spoken teammate

Yes. You can control play/pause drone the ear buds. I turned the volume up to 100% on the app and just adjust as needed from my device.
