INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY BEFORE INSTALLATION TO AVOID INJURY TO YOURSELF, DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE OR ACCESSORY
- For proper installation, TWO people are required.
- Torque specifications must be followed when tightening bolts. Over-tightening any and/or all screws will cause cracks around mounting holes which is not covered by any warranty.
- As specified on carton label, damage caused by packaging staples is not covered by warranty. All staples must be removed prior to removing product from carton.
- Failure to follow these installation instructions completely may void any warrantable components and result in product damage or personal injury.
- Do not use Loctite or any other similar fastener adhesive. These types of products react to plastics and cause cracking. Not covered by any warranty.

PARTS IDENTIFICATION

Torque specifications must be followed when tightening bolts.
Over-tightening any and/or all screws will cause cracks around mounting holes
which is not covered by any warranty.
Installation
Front fender flares installation
(right side shown, passenger side)
a) Temporarily remove the OEM socket head screws (2x) located on the side
of the front OEM fender as shown by the arrow.
b) Attach the front right fender flare part (Item B) to the OEM fender
using the OEM socket head screw (2x) removed in previous step and temporarily
secure the remaining section of the front right fender flare to the vehicle
using spring clamps or any other clamping tools as shown below. Adjust the
position of the fender flare and tighten all screws with specified torque
indicated below.
c) Ensure that the front right fender flare is in proper position and
use the remaining mounting holes (8x) as guide to drill 5/16 inch diameter
holes through the vehicle front fender and secure right away with the supplied
push type retainers as shown below.
WARNING: For each hole, a single (1) layer of OEM front fender should be
drilled / pierced.
d) Repeat steps a) to c) for the front left fender flare part.
Rear upper fender flares installation
(right side shown, passenger side)
e) Temporarily remove the OEM socket head screw (3x) located under the
rear OEM fender as shown by the arrow.
f) With the recessed groove of the rear right upper fender flare part
(Item D) facing UP, bend DOWN 90 degrees the section exceeding the
groove as shown beside.
g) Attach the rear right upper fender flare part to the OEM fender using the OEM socket head screw (3x) removed in previous step. Adjust the position of the of the fender flare and tighten all screws with specified torque indicated below.
h) Use the remaining mounting holes (7x) as guide to drill 5/16 inch
diameter holes through the vehicle rear fender and secure right away with the
supplied push type retainers as shown below.
**WARNING: For each hole, a single (1) layer of OEM rear upper fender should
be drilled / pierced.
i)** Repeat steps e) to h) for the rear upper left fender flare part.
Rear lower fender flares installation
(right side shown, passenger side)
j) Temporarily remove the OEM socket head screw (2x) located under the rear OEM fender as shown by the arrow.
k) Apply the co-extruded SIDE bulb seal (Item H) to the rear right
lower fender flare (Item F) edge as shown below using manual pressure to
ensure good adhesion and cut any excess.
l) Attach the rear right lower fender flare part to the OEM fender using
the OEM socket head screw (2x) removed in previous step. Adjust the position
of the of the fender flare and tighten all screws with specified torque
indicated below.
m) Use the remaining mounting holes (7x) as guide to drill 5/16 inch
diameter holes through the vehicle rear fender and secure right away with the
supplied push type retainers as shown below.
WARNING: For each hole, a single (1) layer of OEM rear lower fender should
be drilled / pierced.
n) Repeat steps j) to m) for the rear left lower fender flare part.
Maintenance and Care
Tighten all hardware after first use and periodically thereafter.
