Your Flagship ANC headphones:

  • Cancel a staggering amount of ambient noise
  • Operate wirelessly with virtually every modern device (phone, laptop, tablet, desktop, TV, etc)
  • Operate in wired mode (with the included 3.5mm cable)
  • Have touch controls on the right ear-cup to control playback
  • Include an airline adaptor (to use on – you guessed it – an airplane)

Charge

Your headphones arrive with a bit of juice. We highly recommend you give them a full charge prior to use. This will take about 1.5 hours.

You’ll see a green LED light when the headphones are fully charged.

Please use the USB-C cable we provided.
Why? Not all USB-C cables will work with the
Flagship ANC Headphones. There are different charging standards that are outside of our control.
For example, your laptop’s USB-C charger will NOT charge the headphones.

If you need to use a third-party charger, it should originate in a USB-A connection.

Bluetooth Pairing

The Flagship ANC headphones work with any Bluetooth-enabled device. Virtually all modern phones, tablets, laptops, desktops, and TVs will connect wirelessly with the Flagship ANC headphones.
Step 1: Power on the Flagship ANC headphones (by holding the small button). You’ll see an LED light flashing an alternating red and blue – this means that the headphones are ready to connect to your device.
Step 2: Go to the Bluetooth menu in your device, and select “Flagship ANC Headphones”. It may take a few moments to appear.
Keep in mind:
The headphones need to be in pairing mode to connect- you’ll know this by a flashing red/blue light.
If you don’t see this, power off the headphones. Then power them on again, but this time hold the small button for a full 5 seconds.

A quick swipe up or down will adjust the volume one increment.
For larger volume adjustments, swipe and then hold your finger in place.
The volume will adjust as long as your finger is still in contact with the ear cup.

Touch Controls (Playback)

For track controls, swipe left and right.
A swipe right (which will feel like an “outward”, front swipe) will skip the track forwards
A swipe left (which will feel like a “backward” swipe) will rewind the current track, and then go back to your previous track.

Touch Controls (More)

Hold your finger against the center of the right earcup to trigger your voice assistant (Siri, Google Voice, Cortana).
During a phone call, this same command will hang up the phone call.

Place your entire hand over the right ear-cup, and the headphones will immediately go into transparency mode. This comes in handy when you need to hear your surroundings right away.

Your Flagship ANC headphones come with a 3.5mm Aux cable.
This means you can use the headphones when the battery is dead, or when a wireless connection isn’t available.
Speaking of airplanes – we also include an airline adaptor. You know, for those weird two-prong plugs.

Safety Information

Warning!
Continued exposure to loud noise (more than 85 decibels)(85 dBA) may cause gradual but permanent damage to hearing.
Always turn the level of your source down to a low level before placing the headphones on your ears. Gradually turn up the volume until you achieve a comfortable level. Never listen to high volumes for long periods.
Do not tamper or disassemble the headphones, as doing so will void the warranty. Besides removable ear pads, there are no user-serviceable parts inside.
Be aware of your surroundings. Do not use headphones when it is unsafe to do so, for example when operating a vehicle, crossing the street, or any activity requiring you to pay attention to your surroundings.
