IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed. These instructions should be saved for future reference:

Read and familiarise yourself with all operating instructions before using this Air Fryer.

Do not touch hot surfaces. Use the handles provided.

Always ensure that the voltage on the rating label corresponds with the voltage in your home.

Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.

Keep the mains lead away from the body of the Air Fryer.

Do not leave the appliance unattended whilst operating.

Disconnect the appliance from the mains after use.
To disconnect the appliance grip and pull the mains plug.
DO NOT pull the power cord.
Do not wrap the power cord around the appliance in use or during storage.
Always disconnect the plug from the mains before cleaning. Wipe clean only, do not immerse the unit, plug or cord in water or any other liquid. -
Always allow the unit to cool before storage or cleaning.

There are no user serviceable parts, if the unit fails, consult a qualified electrician, a repair centre or contact the supplier if the unit is under warranty
Retain the instruction manual for future use and reference. -
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, it’s service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

It is recommended that this appliance should not be operated in conjunction with an electrical extension lead.

Avoid moving the appliance whilst it is still hot or contains hot food or liquids. Turn the appliance off and disconnect from the mains and let it cool sufficiently before moving it.

Always carry the appliance with both hands. Always use oven gloves- Burn hazard!

PLEASE NOTE: Before use, ensure that the Air Fryer is used in an open, well ventilated area well away from other appliances and other obstructions.

Do not use the Air Fryer in front of, near or below combustible
materials such as plastics, curtains or cupboards, etc. -
Do not place the appliance against a wall or against other appliances. Leave at least 10cm minimum free space on the back and sides and 10cm minimum free space above the appliance.

Do not place anything on top of the appliance.
The diagram left shows the rear of the air fryer and the air vent outlets
arrowed.
Keep these areas free and clear from obstructions as directed above.

Instructions for use
- Insert the mains plug into a suitable socket outlet, the ON/OFF button will illuminate.
- Press the ON/OFF button, all buttons will illuminate along with the digital LED display.
- Set the required temperature (from 80-200 degrees) by using the Temperature UP or temperature DOWN buttons. The selected temperature will be diplayed in degrees celcius.
- Select the cooking time by using the Timer UP and Timer DOWN buttons from 0-60 minutes.
- Once the desired temperature and time have been set, press the ON/OFF button and the appliance will start to cook.
- If during the cooking process the basket is removed to stir/shake the food, the appliance will stop, then continue from the same point when the basket is replaced.
- When the cooking time has elapsed, the heat will go off and the fan will run for a further few seconds to cool the appliance.
- At the end of the cooking process the appliance will beep five times and the ON/OFF button will flash on and off until the food basket is removed.
- Cooking can be stopped at any time by pressing the ON/OFF button.
Note: For better cooking results, turn over the food by shaking the
basket during the cooking process.
CAUTION: Take care when removing the basket during the cooking process as
hot steam may be ejected.
Cooking presets
This air fryer comes with a number of preset cooking settings for various food
types for ease of use.
These presets are a general setting and settings may need to be alrered
according to taste, size of portion and whether frozen or not.
Once the preset has been selected, time and temperature can be adjusted using
the relevant buttons.
- Chips, fries, wedges.
- Chicken drumsticks, fillets
- Prawns, scampi
- Sponge mixes.
- Red meats
- Fish
- Ribs
- Keep warm function
The keep warm function will keep food warm for up to two hours and maintains
the temperature at 90 degrees.
This function can be stopped at any time by pressing the ON/OFF button.
Cleaning and Maintenance.
- Always unplug the Air Fryer from the mains supply and allow to fully cool before cleaning.
- Do not clean any part of the air fryer in a dishwasher.
- Do not submerge any part of the main body, mains cable or plug in water or any other liquids.
- Wipe excess oil from the basket and drawer with kitchen roll or similar.
- Wipe clean the main body of the Air Fryer with a damp cloth.
- The basket and drawer can be washed in warm soapy water (rinse and dry thoroughly before using again)
- Never clean any part of the Air Fryer with harsh or abrasive cleaners.

Electrical Connections
This appliance is fitted with a fused three-pin plug to BS 1363. If the plug has to be removed, it should be cut off and carefully disposed of immediately. To avoid a possible shock hazard, do not insert the discarded plug into a mains socket.
Fitting a new plug
If for any reason you need to fit a new plug, the flexible mains lead must be
connected as shown below. The wires in the mains lead fitted to this appliance
are coloured in accordance with the following code:
- The Blue wire must be connected to the terminal marked N or coloured Black.
- The Brown wire must be connected to the terminal marked L or coloured Red.
- The Green and Yellow wire must be connected to the terminal marked E or coloured Green.
- Check that there are no cut or stray strands of wire inside the plug.
- Use a 13 Amp BS 1362 fuse, only use BSI or ASTA approved fuses.
- If you are in any way unsure which plug or fuse to use, always refer to a qualified electrician.
- After replacing or changing a fuse on a moulded plug, the cover must be refitted to the plug; the appliance must not be used without a fuse cover.
Cooking suggestions

Asian Spicy Fries
Potato: x4 / 600g
Oil: 2 teaspoons
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
Shallot powder: 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder: ½ teaspoon
- Peel potatoes and cut into strips;
- Soak potato strips in salt water for at least 20mins, and then dry with kitchen paper.
- Mix shallot, salt and pepper, garlic powder/ garlic oil, red chili powder, stir in the potato strips.
- Set temperature to 180 degrees and timer to 5 minutes to preheat the air fryer.
- Place the potato strips into the cooking pot, insert the pot back into the air fryer and set the timer for 15-20 minutes – depending on the number of fries or until the fries are golden brown.

Golden Chicken Wings
Chicken wings: 500g
Garlic: x2
Ginger powder: 2 teaspoon
Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
Sweet chili sauce: 100 mg
- Set temperature to 200 degrees and timer to 5 minutes to preheat the air fryer.
- Stir garlic, ginger powder, cumin powder, spicy black pepper and a little salt together, and then coat the chicken wings.
- Allow the chicken wings to stand for 20 minutes.
- Place the chicken wings into the cooking pot evenly, set the time for 15-20 minutes and the temperature for 200 degrees.

Fried chicken nuggets
Fresh chicken nuggets: 500g
Eggs: x3
Flour: 1 cup
Olive oil: 1 spoon
White pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
- Set the temperature to 200 degrees and the timer to 5 minutes to preheat the air fryer.
- Pat the chicken for 5 minutes with a knife blade.
- Stir eggs, flour, olive oil, white pepper and a little salt together, and then coat the chicken nuggets.
- Allow the nuggets to stand for 20 minutes.
- Place the chicken nuggets into the cooking pot evenly, set the time for 15-20 minutes and the temperature for 200 degrees.

Fried squid
Squid (Frozen): 500g
Oil: 2 tablespoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
Chicken powder: 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
- Set the temperature to 200 degrees and the timer to 5 minutes to preheat the air fryer.
- Stir seasoning together, and then coat the squid and allow to stand for 20 minutes.
- Place the squid into the fryer drawer, set the temperature for 200 degrees and the time for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Spicy Shrimp
Unfrozen prawns: x10
Oil: 2 tsp
Garlic finely chopped: x1
Black pepper: 1 tsp
Chili powder: 1 tsp
Sweet chili sauce: 100mg
- Set the temperature to 200 degrees and timer to 5 minutes to preheat the air fryer.
- Rinse the prawns.
- Apply a thin layer of salad oil to the prawns, place the prawns into the cooking pot, set the temperature for 200 degrees and the time for 5-8 minutes or until a golden crunchy layer has formed..
