CHARGE YOUR WATCH
BEFORE TURNING IT ON FOR THE FIRST TIME PLEASE CHARGE FOR AT LEAST 2 – 2.5 HOURS
- DETACH bottom watch band (the band without a clasp)
- INSERT charging point to ANY USB-A outlet (NOT included)
- When properly connected, the watch will display a battery symbol
TURN FITNESS WATCH ON
- Tap and hold the touch sensor button for 5 seconds
- Your device will turn on automatically
ACCESSING FUNCTIONS
Tap the touch screen sensor once to access the first function Continue tapping
the sensor to access additional functions For select features, tap and hold
down for 5 seconds to take measurements

TURN PHONE BLUETOOTH ON
- Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone so that the watch and app can communicate
CONNECT WATCH AND APP
- Launch WearFit app and follow the on-screen instructions
- When connecting (binding), search for the device named: Q1
ENTER IN YOUR DETAILS
- Complete the setup by entering in your personal details for accurate tracking and analysis

FAQ’S
How do I turn on the watch?
To turn on the watch, tap and hold the touch sensor button for 5 seconds. The watch will then turn on automatically.
How do I charge the watch?
To charge the watch, remove the bottom band and insert the charging point into a USB-A outlet (not included). The watch will display a battery symbol when properly connected
How do I take measurements?
For select features, tap and hold down for 5 seconds to take measurements.
How do I change modes?
To change modes, tap and hold down for 5 seconds to access the settings menu. Tap to cycle through available modes.
What is an apex watch?
With APEX, you will have a watch that is built to last above and beyond your workout. In the UltraMax setting, the battery is carefully engineered to last up to 100 hours using GPS. While using normal mode will yield up to 35 hours, and regular usage up to 30 days.
Can you shower with coros apex?
Coros says it’s suitable for swimming and open water activities, but it’s not meant for deep-water sports like scuba diving. I wore it several times in the shower and it held up fine.
How do I turn off my apex watch?
Start, turn off, restart and reset
Press and hold the top button (Digital Dial/CONFIRM) for 15 seconds or until
the COROS logo shows up. Alternatively, turn off the watch by main watch face
→ System → More Settings → Turn Off.
Does coros Apex have phone notifications?
Android Phone Settings
The first time you open the COROS app, the app will ask for notification
access. Make sure to allow this if you intend to receive notifications on your
connected COROS watch.
Do Apex COROS watches work with iPhone?
If you own an iPhone, both the COROS PACE 2 and the Apple Watch 6 will give you the experience you’re after. That being said, you may find a more organic experience with the Apple wearable. (The PACE 2 works with both iOS and Android devices).
Does coros Apex have night mode?
Night Mode provides a soft light, clear and visible enough for you to see throughout the night, but dim enough to not hurt your eyes or burn out the battery. The backlight turns off automatically before sunrise or when you finish your workout. Night Mode is available on COROS PACE 2, COROS APEX Pro and COROS VERTEX.
Does COROS measure resting heart rate?
On the Profile page of the COROS app, tap on your profile photo. Scroll down to select “Heart Rate Zone”. Select “Heart Rate Reserve Zone” from the drop- down menu. Enter the correct reading for the resting and maximum heart rate.
Is the COROS app free?
You can download the app for free, from platforms such as Google Play or the App Store. It is compatible with a range of Android devices such as smartphones and tablets.
