How to Use
Charging
Make sure earbud and charging case are fully charged.
- Charging Case: Use DC5V/1A charger or a computer USB jack to charge the charging case.The charging case LED light will be red during charging, and will turn off when fully charged.
- Earbud: Place the earbud on the slot inside of the charging case correctly. During charging LED will be steady red and will turn to blue when earbud is fully charged. Blue light will turn off after 15 seconds.
- Charge the charging case and headset at least once every three months if not in use for long time.
Booting & Shutdown
Press and hold the headset MFB for 3 seconds to boot, and the LED indicator
will flash red & blue light alternately to pair. Hold down the headset MFB for
5 seconds to turn off.
Pair and Connect
Switch on the headset, it will enters into pairing mode, connect from your
phone by searching ‘PTron Atom’ in Bluetooth settings and select ‘Pair’.
Music Control
Press the headset MFB to Pause/Play the current song. Double click on MFB for
next song.
Triple click on MFB for previous song.
Incoming Call Answer
Press the headset MFB to answer incoming calls or to end calls. Press and hold
the MFB for 2 seconds to reject incoming calls.
Voice Dialing/Voice Assistant
Hold down the headset MFB for 2 seconds to activate the voice assistant, as
long as your device support that.
Q&A for Exception Handling
Q: Why can’t my headset be switched on?
A: If the headset don’t boot properly, it could be due to power, please
recharge the headset before use.
Q: Why can’t my phone find the Bluetooth headset to pair with?
A: Please make sure your phone Bluetooth is in device visible mode, and the
headset be in pairing mode at the same time.
Q: Why does the headset have no sound when playing music?
A: Check whether the device has successfully connected via Bluetooth to the
headset. If not, Please do reconnect device with the headsets properly
following the steps above.
Q: How to adjust the volume?
A: Please control the volume on your phone.
Safety Precautions
In order to increase service life of the product, please make sure the following:
- Please keep the device out of extreme heat, humidity, & corrosion.
- Please prevent the device from being struck, fall & drop, liquids etc
- Please don’t dismantle the earbud or charging case.
- Please don’t overcharge the device for a long time, it may decrease the battery service life.
- Please stop using the device immediately if it causes discomfort or pain.
- Use DC5V chargers/adapters provided by the manufacturer or approved by the manufacturer only. Any other type of adapter may damage of the Bluetooth earbud or charging case.
