Key Operation Instructions
- Muti-function key: Long press for 3 seconds is turn on/off. Short press to play/pause. Click to answer the call, long press for 2 seconds to refuse the call. Quickly double-click twice to call the last number.
- Side volume + key: Long press to increase the volume. Short Press to switch the next song.
- Side volume – key: Long press to reduce the volume. Short press to switch the last song.
Earbuds Charging
The earbuds use a rechargeable battery and must be fully charged before using at the first time.
- The charger wire is connected to the seat of the charging socket.
- Insert the charger power switch.
- The charging indicator light shows red, when fully charged, the light will turn blue.
- Remove the charger from charging of power outlet.
- The charging is complete.
- Please use the original charger.
Note: The earbuds will be off when charging.
On/Off
Turn On: Long Press the multi-function key for 3 seconds until the red and
blue lights alternately flash. If you are wearing the earbuds, you will hear a
voice ”Power on”.
Turn off: Long press the multifunction key for 3 seconds. If you are wearing
the earbuds, you will hear a voice “Power off”.
Wireless Pairing Steps (single earbud mode)

When the earbud is paired for the first time, keep the distance between the wireless earbud and the phone in the range of 1 meter.

Press the “multi-function”key for 3 seconds, red and blue lights flash alternately.

Open the phone Wireless function, search for Wireless devices.

Select ”pTron Twins Pro”, Wireless earbud and mobile phone will pair.
If you are wearing the earbuds, you will hear a voice “Your Phone is connected”.
When you disconnect the Wireless connection, you will hear a voice “Your Phone is disconnected”. -
If the pairing succeeds, the blue indicator light flashes every 5 seconds. If the pairing fails, please repeat the above.
Wireless Pairing Step (Dual Earbuds)

Press the two earbuds “Multi-function” key for 3 seconds at the same time, red and blue lights flash alternately. These two earbuds will be paired automatically, one of the earbuds will flash red and blue lights alternately, the other one will flash blue every 5 seconds. If you are wearing the earbuds, you will hear a voice “Paired”.

Keep the distance between the wireless earbuds and the phone in the range of 1 meter.

Open the phone wireless function, search for wireless devices.

Select “pTron Twins Pro”, Wireless earbud and mobile phone will pair. If you are wearing the earbuds, you will hear a voice “Your phone is connected”.
When you disconnect the wireless connection, you will hear a voice “Your Phone is disconnected”. -

Method of Re-pairing (pTron Twins Pro):
Turn on both the earbuds same time, and the red and blue LED indicators on
both sides will flash alternately. Then double-click on one of the power
buttons. If the other side indicator is off, then pairing is successful.
Incoming Call
The earbuds will broadcast the incoming number. If you are wearing the
earbuds, you will hear the incoming number and a voice “Incoming call”. It is
normal only one side of the incoming number and a voice “Incoming call”. It is
normal only one side of the earbuds has a sound when you are calling Low
battery alarm.
When the battery is low power, there will be a voice alarm inside “Battery low
” every 30 seconds.
Considerations
- Dont use headset while driving. Please abide by the provisions of the country or region. Please do not overuse this headset or put it under heavy pressure, otherwise may cause headset failure or burn.
- Do not use the equipment temperature too low or too high (below 0ºC or above 45 0ºC) environment. The extreme temperatures will lead to deformation of equipment, reduce the charge capacity of equipment and shorten the service life of the equipment.
- Do not use the equipment to wet liquid can cause severe damage to equipment. Please do not use wet hand contact device, due to water damage caused by equipment, manufacturers will not be warranty.
- Please do not use the equipment in thunderstorm weather. Thunderstorms can result in ill operation of the equipment and an increase in the risk of electric shocks.
