OVEN MODES EXPLAINED
| Light: This turns on the two oven lamps

| Bake (Conventional): Heat will come from both the upper and lower
elements
| Fan Forced: This uses the central rear heating element and fan to
distribute heat evenly.
| Fan Bake: This uses the fan along with the upper and lower elements.
| Fan Forced Bake: This uses the central rear heating element and fan,
combined with the bottom element.
| Roast (Fan Grill): Fan combined with the upper element and grill
element
| Full Grill: Upper element combined with outer grill element.
| Half Grill: The grill heating element by itself.
| Pastry Bake + Pizza: The fan circulates heat from the lower element
throughout the oven.
| Defrost: The oven fan circulates the air at room temperature around the
cavity, enabling you to quickly defrost food.
THE CONTROL PANEL
- Cooktop Zone Controls Use these knobs to control the corresponding indicative cooktop burner areas.
- Programmable Timer Use these controls to set a timer, cooking duration, or adjust the clock. Please refer to page 9 in the user manual for more details.
- Temperature Controls Temperature Controls: Use this control to select a temperature between 60°C and Max.
- Mode Selector Use this knob control to select the type of oven cooking mode.
