I can’t see the JadooTV startup screen or menu?
Make sure that the TV input is set to the port where the JadooBox video cable is connected. -
Do! need a router, and which one?
A router is needed when you want to connect more than one device (PC and JadooBox) to your internet connection. The router will connect between your modem and JadooBox or PC. Most routers these days are wireless type. This means you can place JadooBox in a different room from where your router is and connect wirelessly to your network by using the optional wireless USB adapter. Wireless routers recommended are of 802.11g type from manufacturers Linksys or Netgear. -
How to do it! finish setting up the wireless connection?
To finish the wireless connection setup, select Settings, and then Network from the JadooTV Menu and run the wireless wizard. -
What wireless security modes are supported?
Only WEP wireless security modes are supported. WPA security mode is not supported at this time. See www.jadootv.com/support for details. -
How much network bandwidth is required for the proper operation of JadooBox?
At least 1 Mbps connection is required from your internet service provider. To check your downlink connection speed, select Settings, then Network Speed Test from the JadooTV Menu, and run the speed test. -
How does dol get the best signal from my remote?
Keep the JadooBox in line with the remote for good reception of the remote signal. -
How did dol change the size of the video playback window?
Use the Func +/- buttons on the remote to increase or decrease the video playback window size. -
How can! power cycle the JadooBox?
To power cycle the JadooBox press and hold the red Power button on the remote for 8 seconds. -
Is there a subscription fee for using JadooTV?
No, there is no subscription to use JadooTV. -
How do | download and save a movie?
JadooBox has no storage of its own, so simply connect a USB flash drive or a FAT32 formatted USB external hard drive to either of the USB ports at the back of JadooBox. -
How do | rate, bookmark, pause, download, delete, or find related videos when | am on YouTube?
Press the Menu key to see a list of all the available functions. -
