Charging the Speaker
Plug the micro-USS connector (smaller) of the included charging cable into the
micro-USS port on the top of the speaker. Plug the USB connector (larger) into
a USB power source, or into a 5V USB charging adapter (not included) and plug
into a wall outlet The LED indicator will tum RED while charging and turn OFF
when fully charged On low
power, a tone will be periodically heard, indicating that the speaker needs to
be recharged
Powering ON/OFF
Make sure that the speaker has been charged
• Flip the [Power) Switch to the ON position to power ON A tone will be heard,
and the speaker will enter Bluetooth pairing mode. It will automatically re-
pair to any nearby,
previously-paired device with Bluetooth enabled
• Flip the [Power] switch to the OFF position to power OFF
Playing Music
To play music on the speaker, you must be paired to a Bluetooth-enabled device
or connected with an aux cable. See the Bluetooth Pairing and Using with Wired
Device sections of this manual
Adjusting Volume
• To adjust overall volume, turn the Main Volume Knob on the top of the
speaker, or use the controls on your connected device
• To adjust microphone volume, turn the Mic Volume Knob
Connecting with Bluetooth
1. Power the speaker ON. A tone will be heard, and The LED indicator will

2. Set your mobile device to search for Bluetooth devices. When it appears,
select the list of found devices
3. After a successful pairing, a tone will be heard and the LED indicator
will slowly flash BLUE.
In Bluetooth mode, playback and volume can be adjusted by the controls on the
top of the speaker, or by the controls on your paired device
** Insert one connector of a 3.5mm auxiliary cable (not included) into the
3.5 mm auxiliary input port on the top of the speaker.
Insert the other connector into the headphone jack or 3.5 mm AUX output port
on your media-playing device. The LED indicator will tum solid BLUE and all
Bluetooth pairings will be disabled when the AUX input is in use
Using the Speaker Lights
Press the [LED) button to cycle through the light modes Setting Up the Stand
Insert the base of the included mic stand into the stand holder on the top of
the speaker, as shown in the diagram at right
Pull the body of the stand-up or down to adjust to the desired height
Using the Microphone
Plug the connector of the included microphone into the Mic 1
Input port on the top of the speaker. Slide the microphone into the microphone
holder at the top of the mic stand You can plug a second microphone (not
included) into the Mic 2 Input port on the top of the speaker
Microphone Controls**
- Slide the microphone’s power switch to the ON or OFF position to power the microphone ON or OFF
- Adjust microphone echo using the Mic Echo Knob
- Adjust microphone volume using the Mic Volume Knob
NOTE: In order to avoid loud feedback, keep the microphone pointed in the opposite direction of the speaker When not using, turn the mic volume down or turn the microphone off.
