Safety Precautions

Read this instruction manual carefully before use and save it for future reference. If you follow these instructions, your appliance will provide you with years of good service.

IMPORTANT!
The party cooler must stand upright for 24 hours before its initial use, or else it will become damaged and not function.

Before you connect the appliance:
Ensure that the voltage rating on the type plate corresponds to your mains voltage (type plate is located inside of the product).

  • To reduce the risk of electric shock: Do not remove the outer cover. There are no user serviceable parts inside. Refer servicing to qualified service personnel.
  • Repairs to electrical appliances should always be performed by qualified personnel. Improper repairs may place the user and the equipment at serious risk.
  • Do not operate the appliance with a damaged plug or cord, after a malfunction or after being dropped or damaged in any way. Doing so may cause electric shock/personal injuries and property damage may occur.
  • If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified people to avoid a hazard.
  • Do not remove the appliance from the mains power supply by pulling the cord, pull the plug. Otherwise damage to the cord and appliance may occur.
  • Do not push objects into any openings as damage to the equipment and/or electric shock may occur.
  • Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use.
  • Do not immerse the product in water or any other liquid.
  • Always unplug the appliance after use and before any cleaning or maintenance.
  • Never expose the device or power cord to dirt, dust or liquid.
  • Should the product be used on a terrace, for example, it should be protected from rain, dirt and dust in an ambient temperature between 10-38 ° C.
  • Do not place the appliance near heat emitting appliances or in direct sunlight.
  • This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities or lack of experience or knowledge only if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

Accessories

  • Inner Baskets: Hang the inner baskets inside the Party Cooler. In this way your cold beverages can be stacked in an accessible height in case you do not fill the whole unit.
  • Side Tables: Push the hanger of the side table upright and then hang it onto the handle. The maximum loading weight on side one table is 3 kg. Make sure you do not overload the side tables; otherwise the Party Cooler may become unstable.
  • Side Baskets: Hang the side baskets on to the bar as shown on the illustration.

Electrical Connection

The appliance observes the following current EU directives:

  • LVD
  • EMC ROHS

The appliance must be protected extra according to the power regulations in order to protect the user against dangerous electric shocks in the case of defects.
If the socket is for a three-pin plug, a three-pin plug is used and the wire with yellow/green insulation must be connected to the earth terminal (marked).

Operation

Before Use
Clean the inside of the Party Cooler with lukewarm water using a mild detergent, and then wipe dry it thoroughly before use.
The temperature in the Party Cooler will depend on the temperature in the surrounding area, the frequency and duration when the lid is open, and the amount of objects inside the cooler. Therefore length of time may vary for the unit to reach the desired temperature.
The Party Cooler is designed to be operated on a flat surface. Avoid using it in other positions. If the appliance must be tilted for handling or moving purposes, allow it to stand in upright position for 20 to 30 minutes before you plug it in and turn it on. If the appliance has been lying down it must stand upright for 24 hours before operating or else you may damage the product.

How to Operate the Party Cooler

  1. Insert the power plug into a wall socket.
  2. Press the power button on front of the Party Cooler (right side of the digital display) to turn on the party cooler.
  3. Press the thermostat button on front of the Party Cooler (left side of the digital display) to adjust the desired temperature. The display will flash during the adjustment. The temperature range is 0 – 16 °C. When you use the appliance the display will show the average temperature inside the Party Cooler.

Measures that can improve the Cooling Function

  1. When you use the unit for the first time, allow the unit to operate continuously for 12-18 hours.
  2. Move the content frequently so the temperature will be distributed in a more even way. Note that the temperature is colder at the bottom.
  3. Increase the amount of space between the items placed in the cooler in order for the items to properly cool. Do not overload the Party Cooler.

Care and Cleaning

Warning: To avoid electric shock always unplug your Party Cooler before cleaning and moving. Ignoring this warning may result in injury.

General: Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasives, ammonia, chlorine bleach, concentrated detergents, solvents or metal scouring pads. Some of these chemicals may dissolve damage and/or discolour your Party Cooler.

  1. Disconnect the power plug from the wall outlet.
  2. Remove the side tables and side baskets.
  3. Remove the lid.
  4. Remove the contents from the appliance.
  5. Remove the detachable bottom.
  6. Wipe the inside and outside with a damp cloth. By adding a small amount of white vinegar to the water you prevent mould and fungus.
  7. Clean the detachable bottom and the lid parts with lukewarm water and mild detergent.
  8. Wipe all parts thoroughly after the cleaning.
  9. Turn the slits in the sealing ring and in the hinge rubber strip downward when you assemble the lid.

Important: When the Party Cooler is not in use it must be completely dry and clean inside to avoid mould growth. Leave the lid open during storage and store the appliance in a ventilated area standing upright.

The warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by us, failure to follow our instructions, any alteration or repair carried out without our approval or has been the subject of commercial use. Your statutory rights remain unaffected, in particular any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you have a problem with your product within this warranty period please contact our customer services team.
In the event of changes to the specification of a product and we are not able to replace parts, we will replace the whole product within the 2 year guarantee period
For products that fall outside of the 2 year guarantee, we will endeavour to provide spare parts to purchase for as many of the replaceable parts as possible, but cannot foresee specification changes or upgrades to products or parts outside of the initial 2 year period.
