Product features

  1. TRY ME/OFF/ON/VOLUME CONTROL SWITCH
    The product is supplied in TRY ME mode. To turn the unit ON, slide the ON/OFF/VOLUME CONTROL SWITCH to the LOW VOLUME or HIGH VOLUME position.
    To turn the unit OFF, slide the ON/OFF/ VOLUME CONTROL SWITCH to the OFF position.

  2. MODE SELECTOR SWITCH Slide the MODE SELECTOR SWITCH to either the NUMBERS MODE (N) or to the COLOURS MODE (C) position.

  3. COIN COMPARTMENT The coins are collected here during the game and can be retrieved by opening the compartment door.

  4. AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF To preserve battery life, Marshall will automatically switch off after approximately 45 seconds without input. The unit can be switched on again by pressing any button.

How to play

Remove the plastic isolator strip from the battery compartment and discard it immediately with general household waste. Slide the ON/OFF/VOLUME CONTROL SWITCH to LOW VOLUME or HIGH VOLUME. For ease of play, leave the coin compartment door on the back open. Place the coins in front of you in order from 1 to 10. Marshall will ask you to insert a coin into the front of his truck. Slide the selector button on the back to learn about Numbers and Counting, or Colours and Objects.
NUMBERS MODE Insert the colorful coins into the slot in Marshall’s truck to hear him count. The coins will fall in and can be retrieved through the door on the back.
Press the shield on the front of the truck. Marshall will ask for a certain number of coins to be inserted. Follow his instructions and insert the same number of coins to answer the question correctly.

Press the shield button once more to change the questions. Marshall will ask you to find a number. To answer the question correctly, insert the coin with the correct number into the slot.
Press the shield button a third time. Marshall will ask you to find objects. Insert the appropriate coin into the slot to answer the question. You will hear encouraging phrases and don’t worry if you make a mistake, as Marshall will ask a new question.
COLOURS MODE
Press the shield button on the truck. Marshall will ask you to find a coin that has objects of a certain color. Insert the appropriate coin into the slot to answer the question. Press the shield button again to change the type of questions. Now Marshall will ask you to find a coin of a particular color. Find the coin and insert it into the slot. You will hear encouraging phrases, and if you make a mistake Marshall will ask a new question.

How to change batteries

  1. This product requires 3 x AAA (LR03) 1.5V batteries.
  2.  The batteries supplied with the product are for store demonstration purposes only and we recommend that they are replaced after purchase.
  3. Use a suitable screwdriver to remove the battery cover located on the rear of the product.
  4.  Remove the old batteries. Insert 3 x AAA batteries, ensuring the + and – terminals match the markings on the inside of the compartment.
  5. Fit the battery compartment cover and tighten the screw to secure (but do not over-tighten).

Important battery information

Batteries must be inserted or removed by an adult. Do not mix battery types (for example, alkaline and zinc-carbon), or old and new batteries. Do not attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries. as they may leak or explode. Batteries must be inserted with the correct polarity. Do not short circuit the supply terminals. Remove exhausted batteries from the toy. Remove rechargeable batteries from the toy before charging. Rechargeable batteries must be charged by an adult. Use only the recommended battery type or their equivalent. Do not dispose of batteries In a fire, as they may leak or explode. Remove batteries from the toy If it is not being used for an extended period of time.
