Create your personal account to keep the data.
TURN ON FLOWTIME HEADBAND
Press the power button and the indicator wi ll flash blue. If it’s red, please
charge it first.
CONNECT FLOWTIME HEADBAND WITH THE APP
Follow the instructions in the app to connect the headband with the app.
Note: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Auto Connection:
After the headband is connected to the app once, you won’t have to connect
manually afterward. Turn on the headband first and hold it near your phone,
and then open the app. The app will search the headband and connect
automatically.
PUT ON FLOWTIME HEADBAN
- Choose the band that fits closely to your head
- Put on the headband and place the sensors in the middle of your forehead.
Please make sure there is no HAIR or GAP between the sensors and your skin. If no band suits, it usually works if you make a knot or two of the larger one.
MEDITATE AND SEE HOW YOU PERFO
- Select a lesson and start to meditate.
- After you end the session, review the reports and see how you did.
TIPS:
- Other Bluetooth devices may interfere Flowtime when it is connecting with the app. Please keep them far away.
- When you are doing meditation with Flowtime headband, please keep your phone within 2 meters to ensure stable signal transmission.
- When you wear the headband, please don’t move your head heavily in case the sensors can’t acquire stable signals.
- To avoid any product damage or a safety hazard, please use the USB charger with maximum output of 5V to charge the headband.
