FLOWTIME FT01-YHG001 Smart Headband

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION

• DOWNLOAD THE FLOWTIME APP
  • Search Flowtime in your app store.
• CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT
  • Create your personal account to keep the data.
• TURN ON FLOWTIME HEADBAND
  • Press the power button and the indicator will flash blue. If it’s red, please charge it first.
• HEADBAND WITH THE APP CONNECT FLOWTIME
  • Tap the device icon on the upper right corner of the screen in the app and connect the headband with the app as the instruction says.
  • Note: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Once Flowtime is turned on and held near your phone, every time you open the app, Flowtime will be connected directly with the app.
• PUT ON FLOWTIME HEADBAND
  • Choose the band that fits closely to your head. Put on the headband and place the sensors in the middle of your forehead. Please make sure there is no hair between the sensors and your skin.
• MEDITATE AND SEE HOW YOU PERFORM!
  • Select a lesson and start to meditate. After you end the session, review the reports and see how you did,

TIPS

• Other Bluetooth devices may interfere Flowtime when it is connecting with the app. Please keep them far away.
• When you are doing meditation with Flowtime headband, please keep your phone within 2 meters to ensure stable signal transmission.
• When you wear the headband, please don’t move your head heavily in case the sensors can’t acquire stable signals
• To avoid any product damage or a safety hazard, please use the USB charger with maximum output of 5V to charge the headband.
