About the watch
Note: If long pressing the power button doesn’t power on the watch,
please try again after th·e watch is fully charged.
Installing the app
- Long press the power button to turn on the watch.
- Scan the QR code below with your mobile phone to download and install II the app.
Note:
- For a better user experience, please follow the instructions and update the app to its latest version in time.
- The operating system should be at least Android 4.4 or iOS 8.0.

- Open the app on your mobile phone to register or \11gin.
- On the interface of data panel in the app, dick “connect to Device” and scroll down to find the device model and connect. Then, please pair your watch and mobilephone according to the instructions prompted on the screen.
- When the connection and pairing is successful, the watch will show the correct time; in “My Device”, the device model, i.e., Hl, will be displayed. A successful connection symbol will be shown at the top right corner of the watch’s screen. If the symbol is a instead, it means that the connection is unsuccessful.

Relevant functions can be configured according to your needs.
Note: Please don’t use Bluetooth in the
phone settings directly for pairing.
Charging the watch
This product uses magnetic charging technology for charging, so please use the
given adapter for charging. Align and fit the charging port with the metal on
the charger until the charging indicator appears on the watch’s
screen.
Note:
- Please use the charger provided in the package for charging and wipe the charging port dry beforehand.
- To charge, connect the USB port to the phone charger or a > lA computer u SB port.
Cautions
- Please don’t use adapters with a charging power >SV and a charging current >2A. Please limit the charging time to 90 minutes.
- Please don’t charge the watch if there are water stains.
- The product is specifically designed for electronic monitoring scenarios; use the data as a reference only, and not as a med i ca I reference.
- Blood pressure testing method: Please relax your body and stay still throughout the test. Please make sure that the watch is on the same height as your heart and refrain from talking during the measurement.
- The photoelectric sensor is a highly sensitive component, so please be careful in case it is broken due to impacts with hard objects. After wearing the watch for a prolonged period of time, sweat stains and dust may stick on the surface; please clean it regularly using a soft cloth.
- If the watch is worn while showering, swimming or sweat-inducing exercises, please clean the device in time and wipe it dry.
- Please avoid wearing the device in sauna rooms or steam rooms to prevent the water resistance from being compromised. Please refrain from using it in scenarios with high-speed water flows, such as diving and water skiing.
