Installation instructions for electrical wiring
- 24V power input interface: GND +24V access to “24V DC power supply”;(It has been equipped in the factory, and it is forbidden to access other ports)
- 12V power output interface: GND +12 provides 12V DC power for external “access control”;
- The output interface of the control lock: L+L- for external “magnetic lock” and “electronic lock”
- Open door signal input interface: OP-OP + is the external “open door control signal”;If the open signal is active signal control, connect the GND of the active signal to 0P- and the other to 0P+.
- DC motor power output interface: M+M- for the door opener DC motor power supply (the factory has been connected and tested well, it is forbidden to exchange the wiring of the motor)
After connecting all the above lines, check whether all the plugs are loose. After confirming that there is no error, you can turn on the power to debug.No electrified wiring!
Debugging operation of equipment (self-inspection)
All the lines are connected to confirm that the rear can be on debugging!
1. Operation mode of the door opening machine
This device is a normally closed door opener, and its operation mode is as
follows: Trigger signals (the door) – open lock – program buffer – – door open
– open downtime has been in place to keep (factory default 5 seconds) – in the
process of closing, closed buffer closed in place — — — — — electricity lock.
2. Debugging before the first use (self-check)
2.1 Determine the door orientation
Before first to electricity, first of all, to determine the opening-closing
of the door machine direction, through the circuit boards set the open-close
direction (pictured), pull the door leaf manually to 45 degrees after will
dial the code switch 1 to ON (debug), for sending device when confirmed,
observing the direction of the door is to open the door or to close the door
in the direction of movement, if it is in the direction of the door opening,
do not need to adjust the direction of the door switch, if it is in the
direction of closing, you will need to adjust the direction of the door:
electricity in time, turn the dial the code switch 2 to another direction;
Then continue to power the equipment, the door to open the direction of
action, the direction of the door is set correctly, continue the following
debugging process;(The new model is the opposite of the old one.)
2.2 Determine the position of opening and closing
The door in the process of opening, according to the actual needs, set to open
the door in the expected arriving position and closed position, standing man
or other ways to block the door to move on, to ensure that the door in the
position to stop, remember that is blocking the door, not tie the door, the
door of the intelligent system in remembering the location of a few seconds
later, the door will automatically move in the opposite direction, so back and
forth two times (second time could point), until the doors shut in place;
2.3 End debugging (self-test) and return to normal use
After the door is closed in place, the display screen will show the completion
of debugging,, at this time will dial switch 2, and dial back to the original
position, remember that dial switch 1 (adjust the direction of the door) must
not move, debugging (self-inspection) is completed, self-inspection is over,
the door is closed, you can use normally; After the normal debugging of the
equipment and in the future testing and debugging, the same key can be used as
the open door button to facilitate testing and debugging.
2.4 The following situations need to be re-debugged (self-check)
A. In the process of debugging (self-inspection), the door shall not be
obstructed in the process of automatic operation, otherwise, it must be self-
checked again);
B. After normal operation, if the door opening position is changed again,
it shall be debugged again (self-test), the equipment shall be independently
tested and the new position shall be saved;
C. After any parameter is changed by the function key and saved, it shall
be debugged again (self-check) before the parameter can take effect.
3. Operating instructions for setting equipment parameters (no adjustment
is required in general)
Parameter setting key description
- The display screen is in Chinese:
- Four keys from left to right are successive “function key”, “add key”, “subtract key” and “save key”;
- “Function key” is used to enter the function setting; “Add key” is used to add 1 to the parameter to be set, and “Subtract key” is used to subtract 1 from the parameter to be set. The “Save key” is used to save and exit the menu.
Remote control code learning
The code “learning key” of the remote control is in the position as shown
in the picture on the motherboard. Under the condition that the indicator
light is always on, press the learning key and the indicator light will go
off. Then press any key of the remote control, and the indicator light will
start flashing.
Specific parameter setting description
“Function keys” contain functions (1-12) as follows
- Door holding time (0-99 seconds adjustable): factory default 5 seconds (05)
- Door opening speed (adjustable from 1-10): factory default 8 (08)
- Door-in-place buffer speed (adjustable from 1-5): factory default 1 (01)
- Closing speed (adjustable from 1-10) : factory default 4 (04)
- Closing buffer speed (adjustable from 1 to 5) : factory default 2 (01)
- Opening and closing resistance torque (adjustable from 1-10): factory default 5 (06)
- Door in place buffer Angle (adjustable from 1-10): factory default 5 (05)
- Cleaning Angle in place (adjustable from 1-10): factory default 4 (04)
- Door lock selection: factory default magnetic lock (01) Electric control lock (02)
- Forced Push Allowed: Factory Default “None”
- Sensor selection: factory default “01”
After the parameter adjustment is completed, press the “Save” button and re- check according to the prompts on the display screen. After the self-check is completed, the parameters set will take effect. Restore factory default parameter Settings Restore factory default parameters Disconnect the power supply, press the “function button” of the motherboard, and continue to hold the power for 10 seconds until the end of the 10 seconds countdown on the display screen, and the display screen prompts to restore factory parameters.
Common Trouble Handling
- DC 24V is connected to the power, the display screen does not have any display, check whether the positive and negative DC 24V are connected to the reverse;
- The door is always open, the display screen always prompts the door has been opened, the countdown time seconds stop counting seconds, and the door signal short circuit, please check the door signal circuit, the door button, and the access control card;
- The door has been repeatedly opened and closed, check the sixth function key, the resistance sensitivity parameter is too low, the resistance is too sensitive, adjust the resistance parameter to high, and reduce the sensitivity;
- If the door is not closed in place, adjust the fifth function key, increase the buffer force by one step, and increase the buffer force;
- If the closing sound is too loud and the closing buffer force is too large, adjust the fifth function key and lower the buffer force by one gear to reduce the buffer force;
- The magnetic lock has no electricity and no magnetism. Switching magnetic lock wiring;
- The magnetic lock is electric and magnetic, but it is not controlled by the opening signal. Check whether the terminal of the magnetic lock on the motherboard is connected to the 12V output of the motherboard, and ensure that the magnetic lock is connected to the OP+ and of the motherboard lock;
- Magnetic lock power signal and open the door signal are just opposite, adjust the function key 9th item is magnetic lock rather than electric lock;
- If there is a delay in opening the door, or an external force is needed to open the door, the magnetic lock is not timely demagnetization, adjust the magnetic lock demagnetization point;
- The display screen displays the sensor fault code E1, checks whether the sensor is displaced and whether the sensor data line is loose;
- Display the fault code EB, check the door shaft or hinge rust or less oil, reduce the activity, reoil the door shaft or hinge, improve the activity; Or, adjust the sixth function key, adjust the resistance parameter, and reduce the resistance sensitivity.
