IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical appliances, especially when children are present, basic safety precautions should always be taken, including the following:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE FACIAL ROLLER
- Close supervision is required when this product is used on, by, or near children or people with certain disabilities.
- Use product only for its intended use as described in this instruction booklet.
- Keep the unit away from heated surfaces.
- Never use while sleeping or drowsy.
- Do not put it in the refrigerator.
- Never operate if the product is damaged.
- Not for use by children.
The True Glow® Facial Roller has no serviceable parts.
SENSITIVITY AND CAUTIONS
SPECIAL CAUTIONS FOR DELICATE AREAS
The True Glow® Facial Roller is a facial tool that helps energize, enhance,
revive your skin! The True Glow® Facial Roller is not intended to be used to
treat any medical conditions such as acne.
If you are under a doctor’s care for any skin conditions or if you think you
have very sensitive skin, please consult your physician before use.
We recommend not sharing the facial roller; each user should have his/her own
tool.
Do not use with exfoliation creams that have rough or jagged particles.
If you experience any pain or discomfort during use, stop using and consult
your physician.
GET TO KNOW YOUR TRUE GLOW® ROSE QUARTZ FACIAL ROLLER
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: The True Glow® facial roller operates on 1 AA battery (not included).
- Twist the bottom of the device to open the battery compartment.
- Install 1 AA battery as per the markings in the battery compartment.
- Twist the bottom back on once the battery has been added.
STARTING THE FACIAL ROLLER
Twist the battery cover to the “I” position to turn on the device.
NOTE: Use the Face Roller 2-3 minutes daily for radiant, glowing skin. Beauty tool can be used with serum, oil or moisturizer on freshly cleansed skin.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE FACIAL ROLLER
- Once your face is dry, use a facial roller for 1-3 minutes in each section.
- For optimal results use the facial roller in an upward motion on your face.
- Use the trigger point rose quartz gemstone to target any specific areas.
- Do not press the device hard against your skin, as it will reduce the motion and effectiveness.

- After each use, turn the device off and wipe it down.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners for cleaning.
- Do not put the unit in the dishwasher for cleaning.
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
THE DEVICE IS NOT TURNING ON.| 1. Make sure the battery is installed
properly.
2. Make sure the bottom is fully closed and clicked into place.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING BATTERIES
- Always make sure the battery is installed
- Make sure the bottom is fully closed and clicked into place.
- Always purchase the correct size and grade of battery most suitable for the intended use.
- Replace all batteries of a set at the same time.
- Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation.
- Ensure the batteries are installed correctly with regard to polarity (+ and -).
- Remove batteries from equipment that is not to be used for an extended period of time.
- Remove used batteries promptly.
- Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), and rechargeable batteries.
- Batteries must be recycled or disposed of
DISPOSAL OF BATTERIES
Make sure you dispose of the old batteries in accordance with applicable regulations.
LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY (U.S. AND CANADA ONLY)
Conair will repair or replace (at our option) your unit free of charge for 12
months from the date of purchase if the appliance is defective in workmanship
or materials.
To obtain service under this warranty, return the defective product to the
service center listed, together with your purchase receipt. California
residents need only provide proof of purchase and should call 1-800-3-CONAIR
for shipping instructions. In the absence of a purchase receipt, the warranty
period shall be 12 months from the date of manufacture.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE 12-MONTH DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN, LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CONAIR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special,
incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to
you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights, which vary from state to state.
