Before using these jack stands, be sure to read all content within this manual, ensuring that you understand the operating procedures, maintenance requirements and all safety warnings. The owner and/or operator shall have an understanding of the product, its operating characteristics, and safety operating instructions before operating this device. Safety information shall be emphasized and understood. If the operator is not fluent in English, the product and safety instructions shall be read to and discussed with the operator in the operator’s native language by the purchaser/owner or his designee, making sure that the operator comprehends their contents.

ACTIONS TO HELP PREVENT DANGEROUS SITUATIONS

  • Study, understand, and follow all instructions before operating this device.
  • Do not exceed the rated capacity stated.
  • Use only on hard, level surfaces.
  • Lift only on areas of the vehicle as specified by the vehicle manufacturer.
  • No alterations shall be made to this product.
  • Jack Stands are designed to support stated capacity. Stands should only be used to support partial loads that consist of one end of a vehicle. Always use as a matched pair to support one end of a vehicle only.
  • Never use jack stands to support both ends or one side of a vehicle.
  • Use only one (1) pair of stands per vehicle.
  • The rated capacity is per pair only.
  • Failure to heed these warnings may result in serious personal injury and/or property damage.

INSPECTION

  • This device shall be inspected immediately if the device is believed to have been subjected to an abnormal load or shock. It is recommended that this inspection be made by a manufacturer’s or supplier’s authorized repair facility.
  • Owners and/or operators should be aware that repair of this equipment may require specialized knowledge and facilities. It is recommended that an annual inspection of the product be made by a manufacturer’s or supplier’s authorized repair facility and that any defective parts, decals, or safety labels or signs be replaced with manufacturer’s or supplier’s specified parts.

DAMAGED EQUIPMENT AND ADD-ONS

Any jack stand that appears to be damaged is found to be worn or operates abnormally in any way will be removed from service and destroyed immediately.

Alterations
Because of potential hazards associated with this type of equipment, no alterations shall be made to the product.

Attachments and Adapters
Only attachments and/or adapters supplied by the manufacturer shall be used.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

BE AG & INDUSTRIAL Tools Heavy-Duty Pin Style Jack Stands are designed to safely support one end of the level, rated capacity loads, typically vehicles, for extended periods. Heavy gauge steel base section and welded construction help prevent distortion and twisting. These stands meet or exceed ASME/PASE 2014 standards.

BEFORE USE

  1. Inspects stands before each use. Do not use if bent, broken or cracked components are noted. Ensure that all parts move freely.
  2. Verify that the product and the application are compatible, if in doubt call Technical Service 1- 877-588-3311 (Toll-Free Phone).
  3. Before using this product, read the operator’s manual completely and familiarize yourself thoroughly with the product and the hazards associated with its improper use.
  4. Insert the roll pin into the bottom of the extension tube to prevent inadvertent loss of the extension tube.
  5. Always check the vehicle owner or service manual for the location of proper lifts and support points.

WARNING

  • The study understands and follows all instructions provided with and on this device before use.
  • The rated capacity is per pair! Do not exceed rated capacity.
  • Use only on a hard, level surface.
  • Center load on saddle.
  • Use as a matched pair to support one end of a vehicle only. One pair per vehicle only.
  • Jack stands are not to be used to simultaneously support both ends or one side of a vehicle.
  • Failure to heed these markings may result in personal injury and/or property damage.

OPERATION

IMPORTANT!
The rated capacity is per pair. Use ONLY one pair per vehicle. No alterations shall be made to this device. Do not use adapters or accessories on the saddle or base frame.

  1. Adjust saddle height by pulling up the extension tube, then insert the tube support bar through the hole on the extension tube.
  2. Ensure the support bar is secure and nested across 2 corresponding radii before loading. Ensure that the support bar is inserted completely so that the bar stop engaging the collar.
  3. Carefully position the stands so that load is centered on the stand’s saddle.
  4. Slowly lower the vehicle onto the stands.
  5. Check to ensure that vehicle is secure before working on, around, or under. When used to support vehicles, use wheel chocks to prevent inadvertent movement.

TO LOWER LOAD

Be sure all tools and personnel are clear before lowering the load

  1. With a suitable jack, raise the vehicle clear of stands.
  2. Carefully release the support bar and allow the extension tube to glide down to the lowest position
  3. Carefully remove the stands, then carefully lower the vehicle with the jack.

MAINTENANCE

To help prevent rust, wipe clean and/or blow dry after each use. Do not apply oil or lubricant to ANY portion of this product. Keep support bar in bar holder on the base section.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

TWO YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY
For a period of two (2) years from your purchase date, BE AG & INDUSTRIAL will repair or replace (at its option) without charge, your BE AG & INDUSTRIAL product if it was purchased new and the product has failed due to a defect in material or workmanship which you experienced during normal use of the product. This limited warranty is your exclusive remedy.

If this BE AG & INDUSTRIAL product is altered, abused, misused, modified, or undergoes service by an unauthorized technician, your warranty will be void. We are not responsible for damage to ornamental designs you place on this BE AG & INDUSTRIAL product and such ornamentation should not cover any warnings or instructions or they may void the warranty. This warranty does not cover scratches, superficial dents, and other abrasions to the paint finish that occur under normal use.

To access the benefits of this warranty, contact the dealer or retailer where the unit was purchased. For further assistance, you can contact BE AG & INDUSTRIAL at warranty@brabereq.com for confirmation that this warranty applies. Thereafter, you may be advised to return the product under warranty, freight prepaid, to the dealer, or directly to the BE AG & INDUSTRIAL service department.

Subject to the law in your state:

  1. Your sole and exclusive remedy is the repair or replacement of the defective product as described above.
  2. BE AG & INDUSTRIAL is not liable for any incidental damages, including but not limited to, lost profits and unforeseeable consequences.
  3. The repair and replacement of this product under the express limited warranty described above is your exclusive remedy and is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. All other warranties, including implied warranties and warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed and, if the disclaimer is prohibited, these warranties are limited to two years from your date of purchase of this product.
