Braber Equipment HAR40S Diamond Harrow
Product Information: Diamond Harrow HAR40S
The Diamond Harrow HAR40S is a farming tool designed for soil preparation, weed control, and leveling. It is made up of different parts that need to be assembled before use. The assembly instructions and recommended tools are provided in the user manual.
Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Check Parts
Before assembly, ensure that all parts are complete and in good condition.
Check if you have all the parts listed in the manual.
Step 2: Assembly of Parts A, D, and H
Fasten Part A to the ends of Parts D using two H parts. Use a 22 mm or 7/8
spanner to tighten the nuts and bolts.
Step 3: Assembly of Parts F, G, and H
Fasten Part F to the smaller hole using Part G. Use Part H to hold the other
side in place. Ensure that Part G and F are assembled correctly, as shown in
the close-up photo. Use a 16 mm or 5/8 spanner to tighten the nuts and bolts.
Step 4: Assembly of Parts B and H
Fasten Part B to the assembly using Part H, as shown in the manual. Use a 16
mm or 5/8 spanner to tighten the nuts and bolts.
Step 5: Assembly of Parts C and H
Fasten Part C to the assembly using two H parts. Use a 16 mm or 5/8 spanner to
tighten the nuts and bolts.
Step 6: Assembly of Parts D and H
Fasten Part D to the assembly using two H parts. Use a 16 mm or 5/8 spanner to
tighten the nuts and bolts.
Step 7: Assembly of Parts F, G, and H Fasten Part F to the smaller hole using Part G. Use Part H to hold the other side in place. Ensure that Part G and F are assembled correctly, as shown in the close-up photo. Use a 16 mm or 5/8 spanner to tighten the nuts and bolts.
Step 8: Assembly of Parts C and H
Fasten Part C to the assembly using two H parts. Use a 16 mm or 5/8 spanner to
tighten the nuts and bolts.
Step 9: Assembly of Parts D and H
Fasten Part D to the assembly using two H parts. Use a 16 mm or 5/8 spanner to
tighten the nuts and bolts.
Step 10: Assembly of Parts B and H
Fasten Part B to the assembly using three H parts. Use a 16 mm or 5/8 spanner
to tighten the nuts and bolts.
Step 11: Assembly of Parts A and H
Fasten Part A to the assembly using two H parts. Use a 16 mm or 5/8 spanner to
tighten the nuts and bolts.
Step 12: Assembly of Part E
Loosen and remove the nuts shown in the manual. Add Part E to the assembly as
shown. Tighten the nuts to the assembly once Part E is added. Use a 22 mm or
7/8 spanner to tighten the nuts and bolts.
After following all the above steps, the Diamond Harrow HAR40S is ready to use for soil preparation, weed control, and leveling. Refer to the user manual for maintenance instructions and safety precautions.

Fasten Part A to the ends of Parts D, using H parts as shown.

Fasten Part F to smaller hole using Part G, then using Part H hold the other
side in place, as shown.
Ensure that Part G and F are assembled correctly, as shown in close-up photo.
