Razor W13112099026 Pocket Mod Headset Bearings
Required Tools (not included)
A. 6 mm Allen wrench
B. Phillips screwdriver
C. Adjustable wrench

WARNING**
CAUTION: To avioid potential shock or other injury, turn power switch OFF and disconnect charger before performing any installation or maintenance procedures. Failure to follow these steps in the correct order may cause irreparable damage.
Installation
Step 1
Using a 6 mm Allen wrench, loosen the steering hex bolt (circled in the image
below) and pull the handlebar out from the Pocket Mod and set aside.
Step 2
Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the two (2) screws (circled in the image
below) from the headlamp.
Step 3
Peel off the chromed sticker and place sticker on the fairing. Using a
Phillips screwdriver remove the screw (circled in the image below) located at
the center of the fairing.
Step 4
Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the eight (8) screws (circled in the
image below) located on the sides of the fairing cover and two (2) more
(circled in the image below) at the bottom on either side.
Step 5
Carefully remove the fairing away from the Pocket Mod and set aside.
Step 6
Using an adjustable wrench, turn counter-clockwise and remove the headset
locking nut and the headset bearing retainer and pull the fork off from the
frame.
Step 7
Reverse steps 6-1 to complete headset bearings installation.
