Setup Instructions
for FloodStop
Wifi connect

Step 1.
Preparation Make sure there are 3 AAA batteries in the device.

Step 2.
Connect your device to WiFi Open your phone, go to Settings, and choose Wi-Fi. Under the CHOOSE A NETWORK tab you will see available networks. One of them will be the FloodStop Device. It will look like SASensor-000000 where -000000″ is the unique device ID. In the example, it is shown as SASensor-2336877. Click on it.

Once the connection is established, which may take a few seconds, it will open a browser window with Alerts WiFi Manager.

Step 2,
cont’d. Connect to WiFi
Click Configure WiFI. You will see a list of networks that FloodStop devices can use. Select your WiFi router and enter its password. Click Save.

Step 3. Create your account

and set up text and email notifications.

After Step 2 is done, press the red “TEST • button (2 sec)

Open a browser window and go to http://myspool.com. Use FS724 as your Registration Code to create your account (look for an email from myspool.com and click on the sent link to confirm it) or log in to your existing account.

Then look for an email from AWS Notification and click on the link provided to confirm your email subscription to receive alerts.

Press the red button again. You should receive an email notification. Now you can go to MY DEVICES on myspool.com, click on Configure Device and add your phone number, change message, and other settings.

Connect a wire between Wifi Connect and the FloodStop controller.
