IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

  1. Do not roll the seat while loaded over rough surfaces, such as concrete seams. Use on flat, level, hard surface only. Wheels may scratch or dig into less durable surfaces (such as linoleum or wood).

  2. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during assembly.

  3. Use as intended only. Do not stand on seat or lean back on seat.

  4. This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with or near this item.

  5. Close all drawers completely before sitting on or rolling Seat.

  6. Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly

  7. Do not assemble when tired or when under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.

  8. Weight capacity and other product capabilities apply to properly and completely assembled product only.

  9. Inspect before every use; do not use if parts are loose or damaged.

  10. Do not exceed 300 lb weight capacity.
    Be aware of dynamic loading! Sudden load movement may briefly create excess load causing product failure.

  11. Maintain product labels and nameplates.
    These carry important safety information.
    If unreadable or missing, contact
    Harbor Freight Tools for a replacement.

Assembly Instructions

Read the ENTIRE IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION section at the beginning of this document including all text under subheadings therein before set up or use of this product.

  1. Use M6x40 Bolts, Washers, and Lock Nuts to connect Short Frame (2) to the Long Frame (1).

  2. Place Tray Holder (15) in between Panels and insert into the designated grooves on each Panel.

  3. Place Seat Base (16) onto Panels and use M6x25 Bolts and Washers to connect Panels to Base.

  4. Use Head Caps (6), Flat Washers (7), and Spring Washers (8) to connect Casters (9) to the Frame.

  5. Slide Side Tray (19) onto the assembled Frame and secure using two Lock Bolts.

  6. Repeat process for the other Side Tray

  7. Attach Side Cup (20) by inserting into designated slot on the Side Tray.

  8. Repeat process for the other Side Cup.

  9. Attach Tray (18) by sliding into the opening on Main Panel.

  10. Attach Tool Holder (22) by securing it to the opening on Rear Panel.

We will return repaired products at our expense, but if we determine there is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of our warranty, then you must bear the cost of returning the product.
