Due to open wireless,2.4Gband is highly susceptible to interferance ang off code,mouse become out of work,if fild this problem,pleasetake following steps to connect
Keyboard
- Put off the receiver of the computer,Put the receiver into the computer port
- Press keyboard”ESC”and”K”together for 5 seconds
- Low electric lights of keyboard flashes qucikly that means success of code
Mouse
- Put off the receiver of the computer take out the battery
- Put the receiver into the computer port,insert the battery
- Press mouse right button and scroll wheel togeyher for 5 seconds
- Bottom light of mouse lits up that means success of code
Note:if the first code is not successful,can repeat this step.
