CERTIFICATE OF WARRANTY
This product has passed stringent quality controls before leaving the factory.
However, if you find any malfunction due to assembly and/or faulty components,
please read the warranty and contact your local distributor. WORLDPOINT ECC,
Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in material and
manufacturing at the time of purchase for a period of ONE YEAR from invoice
date of the purchase.
If there is a product defect attributable to the manufacturing process,
material failure and/or manufacture during the warranty period, the official
distributor must be informed within 10 business days after learning of the
product defect. At the official distributor’s discretion, the product may
either be repaired or replaced.
CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY:
Details and documentation: A copy of the invoice covering the purchase of your
product is required to have warranty coverage. In addition to specifics of the
product purchase, the invoice must provide the following information: name and
address of the buyer.
Exclusions: This warranty specifically excludes the following:
- Damage and/or defects to the product resulting from misuse or negligence of the user, including the use of the product for purposes other than its intended use.
- Damage and/or defects caused by the use of external agents such as lime or other noxious chemicals or corrosives.
- Damage and/or defects due to improper maintenance or lack of cleaning.
- Damage and/or defects arising from use of manikin parts not made by the manufacturer of the manikin. Geographical coverage: The warranty is extended to all countries where this product is sold by the distributor, WORLDPOINT ECC, Inc. Cancellation of the warranty: Product warranty is cancelled:
- In cases of damage caused by repairs performed by persons other than authorized service agents of WORLDPOINT ECC, Inc., and/or if parts or accessories are used in the manikin other than original parts or accessories sold by WORLDPOINT ECC, Inc.

Changes or modifications not expressly approved by Vicedo Martí S.L. could
void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. This device complies with
Part 15 of FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must
accept any interference received, including interference that may cause
undesired operation.
This device contains licence-exempt transmitter(s)/receiver(s) that comply
with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada’s licence-exempt
RSS(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions: 1.This device
may not cause interference. 2. This device must accept any interference,
including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.
Cleaning
Do not submerge the manikin torso or electronics. If water or liquids are used to clean any parts, ensure that the part has fully dried before manikin re- assembly.
Battery
Only use consumer grade carbon zinc or alkaline 9V batteries. Batteries must be replaced with correct type. Remove batteries if product is not to be used for an extended period.
WASTE HANDLING
This product contains electronic components. Dispose of it at the applicable recycling facility in accordance with local regulations. European directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE) WEEE: this appliance is marked according to the European directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). By ensuring this product is disposed of correctly, you will help prevent potential negative consequences for the environment and human health, which could otherwise be caused by inappropriate waste handling of this product.
The symbol on the product, or on the documents accompanying the product, indicates that this appliance may not be treated as household waste. Instead, it shall be handed over to the applicable collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. Disposal must be carried out in accordance with local environmental regulations for waste disposal. For more detailed information about treatment, recovery, and recycling of this product, please contact your local city office, your household waste disposal service, or the distributor where you purchased the product.
