Cautions

Functions

  • Switch on: Long press the M button for 3 sec. The indicator light flickers in blue, and a voice prompt will follow.
  • Switch off: Long press the M button for 3 sec. The indicator light will go out.
  • Pairing mode: It enters pairing mode automatically after being switched on, and the indicator light flickers in blue.
  • Successful pairing: The indicator light turns on in blue, and a voice prompt will follow.
  • To pause/ play the music: Short press the M button.
  • Last/Next Song: Control it on your phone after pairing.
  • Volume   up/down: Control it on your phone after pairing.
  • The speaker charged: The indicator light will flicker in red.
  • The speaker fully charged: The indicator light turns on in red.
  • Low battery: It will beep three times, once in a minute before switching off automatically.
  • Adjusting the light: Short press the light button to adjust the lighting modes. One tap for the medium, two taps for the maximum, three to turn it off.
  • TWS function: Two speakers (If you have bought ) will be paired automatically after switching them on, and control the left/right channel at random.
  • Pairing two speakers: (The second should be purchased.) Two speakers will be paired automatically after switching them on . Long press the M button to switch them on simultaneously, then the light of two indicators will flicker in blue. Double click the M button of either speaker, waiting for the speakers to enter paring mode. A beep will sound within 30 secs to indicate that pairing is successful. Then the indicator light of one speaker will turn on in blue, the indicator light of the other will flick. (If the pairing is not successful within 30 secs, repeat the procedures mentioned above.)
    Pairing two speakers
    Turn the Bluetooth on, search and pair two speakers. When the pairing is successful, the light of two indicators will turn on in blue.

Cautions:

  1. After first pairing, two speakers will be paired automatically after switching on, together with your Bluetooth device. No need for other operations.
  2. If the automatic pairing fails, try to delete your Bluetooth device on the list, then repeat the procedures mentioned above.

Troubleshooting

  1. The wireless speaker is unable to pair with the mobile.
    Solution: Confirm if the wireless speaker is in pairing mode, and if the Bluetooth on your phone is toggled on. Then delete the product in the list, pair it with your phone again according to the User Manual.

  2. The wireless speaker is unable to be turned on.
    Solution: Confirm the battery level. Charge the speaker if it is needed.

  3. Can the battery of the wireless speaker be replaced?
    Solution: No, this is polymer lithium battery, which is irreplaceable.

  4. Can I use the wireless speaker at a high volume for a long time?
    Solution: To extend the lifespan of the wireless speaker, it is not recommended to play it at a high volume for a long time.

  5. The link between the wireless speaker and the mobile has been disconnected within 10 meters.
    Solution: Bluetooth is wireless so that it is very sensitive to objects between the speaker and the connected device. Check if there are any metal or other objects that may affect connection within the effective distance.

  6. Cannot hear audio playing when the speaker is connected to the computer or phone.
    Solution: Check whether the computer’s audio output is already connected to wireless device and whether the Bluetooth in the computer supports A2DP protocol. Make sure the volume is up on your phone or computer.

  7. Can I operate the Apps of my phone through the speaker after pairing the wireless speaker with the phone?
    Answer: Some apps may not support being operated through the speaker due to their settings.
