- Store and use at room temperature.
- Do not expose to rain or moisture.
- Do not throw the product to avoid damage caused by dropping.
- Do not disassemble, modify or repair the product yourself.
- This product is equipped with an irreplaceable built-in lithium battery. Do not discard or toss in fire to avoid danger.
- To prevent its performance from being interfered, keep away from strong magnetic objects.
- If you are not going to use it for a long time, charge the speaker once every 3 months to extend the lifespan of battery.
Troubleshooting
- The wireless speaker is unable to be paired with the cell phone.
- Solution: Confirm if the wireless speaker is in pairing mode, and if the Bluetooth on your phone is toggled on. Then delete the product in the list, pair it with your phone again according to the User Manual.
- The wireless speaker is unable to be turned on.
- Solution: Confirm the battery level. Charge the speaker if it is needed.
- Can the battery of the wireless speaker be replaced?
- Solution: No, this is lithium polymer battery, which is irreplaceable.
- Can I use the wireless speaker at a high volume for a long time?
- Solution: To extend the lifespan of the wireless speaker, it is not recommended to play it at a high volume for a long time.
- The link between the wireless speaker and the cell phone has been disconnected within 10 meters.
- Solution: Bluetooth is wireless so that it is very sensitive to objects between the speaker and the connected device. Check if there are any metal or other objects that may affect connection within the effective distance.
- Cannot hear audio playing when the speaker is connected to the computer or phone.
- Solution: Check whether the computer’s audio output is already connected to wireless device and whether the Bluetooth in the computer supports A2DP protocol. Make sure the volume is up on your phone or computer.
- Can I operate the Apps of my phone through the speaker after pairing the wireless speaker with the phone?
- Answer: Some apps may not support being operated through the speaker due to their settings.
