RSI20 Tire Pressure Monitoring System Sensor
Warning:
Read all instructions prior to installation of Tire Pressure Monitoring System
(“TPMS”) sensor.
Manufacturer recommends installation and repair to be done by trained
technicians according to vehicle manufacturer guidelines. TPMS is a safety
part and should be installed by professionals. TPMS failure may result due to
improper
installation. Manufacturer is not liable for improper installation or use of
the product.
– Correct nut torque : 4.0 Newton-meters; 40 inch-pounds (Over torque may
result in product damage and under torque may result in fire air loss. TPMS
sensor and/or valve broken by over torque are not covered under warranty.)
– Valve stems and accessories by Manufacturer are required for proper
functionality.
– Proper programming of TPMS sensor is required (Manufacturer Programming Tool
recommended)
– Use Vehicle Manufacturer User Guide to verify proper installation.

Limited Warranty
Manufacturer Warranty applies only to Original Purchaser that TPMS product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under proper use for 18 (whichever comes first). Warranty is VOID if:
– Improper usage and/or installation of TPMS product including incorrect
programming.
– Defect due to and/or caused by other products.
– Modification or misuse of TPMS product (refer to Vehicle Manufacturer User
Guide).
– Damage of TPMS product due to fire failure, vehicle impact, and/or improper
maintenance (corrosion).
– Failure to use TPMS product rebuild kits any me fire is removed from wheel.
Manufacturer’s sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty will be to
replace or repair defective TPMS product at the manufacturer’s discretion
without charge.
TPMS product under warranty is required to be returned to Manufacturer, at
original owner’s expense, with a copy of the Warranty Form and the original
sales receipt and/or evidence of purchase date. If TPMS product is
unrepairable and/or no longer available, manufacturer’s sole liability to
original purchaser shall not exceed the actual purchase price of claimed TPMS
product.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN TO THE
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE
EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY. PURCHASER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY
CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF ANY TPMS PRODUCT DEFECT IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR
REPLACEMENT OF THE TPMS PRODUCT DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. UNDER NO
CIRCUMSTANCES WILL MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE OR LOSS OF LABOR,
WHETHER CAUSED BY BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE. UNDER NO
CIRCUMSTANCES WILL MANUFACTURER’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE
TPMS PRODUCT NOT INCLUDING ANY COST OF INSTALLATION. IF YOUR JURISDICTION DOES
NOT ALLOW SUCH LIMITATIONS AS WRITTEN HEREIN, THE PERMISSIBLE LIMITATIONS
SHALL APPLY.
Installation Guide
WARNING: THE USE OF A NON-COMPATIBLE AND/OR IMPROPER TPMS MAY RESULT IN MOTOR
VEHICLE TPMS SYSTEM FAILURE CAUSING PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH.
TPMS sensor will need to be rebuilt every time any tire is removed from the
wheel due to corrosion over time and/or sealing components becoming braille to
cause tire
air loss or flat tire as the TPMS sensor contains wearable parts.

Loosening the tire
Remove the valve cap and core and deflate the tire. Use the bead loosen to unseat the tire bead.

Dismount the tire from the wheel .

Dismount the original sensor.
With a screwdriver remove the fastening screw and sensor from the valve stem. Then loosen the nut and remove the valve.

Mount the Sensor and valve.
Slide the valve stem through the valve hole of the rim. Tighten the nut with 4.0 Nm by torque wrench. Assemble the sensor and the valve against the rim and tighten the screw.

Mounting the tire
Clamp the rim onto the tire chager so that the valve faces the assembly head at an angle of 180°.
