TPMS sensor will need to be rebuilt every time any tire is removed from the wheel due to corrosion over time and/or sealing components becoming braille to cause tire
air loss or flat tire as the TPMS sensor contains wearable parts.

  1. Loosening the tire
Remove the valve cap and core and deflate the tire. Use the bead loosen to unseat the tire bead.

  2. Dismount the tire from the wheel .

  3. Dismount the original sensor.
With a screwdriver remove the fastening screw and sensor from the valve stem. Then loosen the nut and remove the valve.

  4. Mount the Sensor and valve.
Slide the valve stem through the valve hole of the rim. Tighten the nut with 4.0 Nm by torque wrench. Assemble the sensor and the valve against the rim and tighten the screw.

  5. Mounting the tire
