User Guide
Safety Instruction
Read all installation, and safety instructions and review all illustrations before installing the sensor. For reasons of safety and for optimal function, the manufacturer recommends that any maintenance and repair work is carried out by trained experts only and according to the guidelines of the vehicle manufacturer. The valves are safety-relevant parts that are intended for professional installation only. Failure to follow installation instructions may result in the failure of the vehicle TPMS sensor to operate properly. The manufacturer does not assume any liability in case of incorrect, faulty or incomplete installation of the product.
Caution
- The manufacturer assemblies are replacement or maintenance parts for vehicles that have a factory-installed TPMS.
- Make sure to program sensor by manufacturer programming tool for your specific vehicle make, model and year before installation.
- In order to guarantee optimal function, the sensor may only be installed with valves and accessories by the manufacturer.
- Upon completion of installation, test the vehicle’s TPMS system using procedures described in the original manufacturer’s user guide to confirm proper installation.
Limited Warranty
Manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser that the TPMS sensor complies
with manufacture product specifications and shall be free from defects in
material and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of twelve
(12) months from the date of purchase. The warranty shall be void if any of
the following occur:
- Improper or incomplete installation of products
- Improper usage
- Induction of defects by other products
- Mishandling of product and/or any modifications to the products
- Incorrect application
- Damage due to collision or tire failure
- Racing or competition
The manufacturer’s sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty will be
to repair or replace at the manufacturer’s discretion, without charge, any
merchandise that does not conform to this above warranty and is returned with
a copy of the original sales or satisfactory evidence of the date of purchase,
to the dealer whom the product was originally purchased or to manufacturer.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the product is no longer
available, the manufacturer’s liability to the original purchaser shall not
exceed the actual amount paid for the product.
Manufacture expressly disclaims all other warranties, express or implied,
including any warranty of merchantability. For fitness for a particular
purpose. Under no circumstance shall the manufacturer be liable to any party
or person for any other amounts including but not limited to labor charges for
installation or reinstallation of products nor shall the manufacturer be
liable for any other damages including but not limited to direct, indirect,
special, consequential and incidental damages. This limited warranty gives the
original purchaser specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state.
It is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or
warranties, whether express or implied.
Installation Guide
WARNING: FAILURE TO FOLLOW INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS OR THE USE OF
IMPROPER TPMS SENSORS MAY RESULT IN THE MOTOR VEHICLE TPMS SYSTEM FAILURE
CAUSING PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH.
Each time a tire is serviced or dismounted or if the sensor is removed, it is
MANDATORY to replace the nut, and valve to ensure proper sealing. The TPMS
sensor nut must be properly installed and tightened for proper installation.
Carefully follow instructions and use a torque wrench to ensure proper
installation. Failure to torque the TPMS sensor nut properly will void the
warranty and the TPMS may not function properly.
- Loosening the tire Remove the valve cap and core and deflate the tire. Use the bead loosen to unseat the tire bead.
- Dismount the tire from the wheel
- Dismount the original sensor With a screwdriver remove the fastening screw and sensor from the valve stem. Then loosen the nut and remove the valve.
- Mount the Sensor and valve Slide the valve stem through the valve hole of the rim. Tighten the nut with 4.0 Nm by a torque wrench. Assemble the sensor and the valve against the rim and tighten the screw.
- Mounting the tire
Clamp the rim onto the tire charger so that the valve faces the assembly head at an angle of 180°.

Warning:
Correct nut torque: 40 inch-pounds; 4.6 Newton-meters. TPMS SENSOR AND/OR
VALVE BROKEN BY OVERTORQUE ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. FAILURE TO ACHIEVE
THE NECESSARY TPMS SENSOR NUT TORQUE MAY RESULT IN AN INADEQUATE AIR SEAL,
RESULTING IN TIRE AIR LOSS.
