Product Brief Introduction
This watch is a health smart watch that integrates exercise data collection, skin temperature measurement, PPG heart rate monitoring, physiological sleep monitoring and so on. Users can monitor their physical state, adjust their work and rest and cultivate a healthy lifestyle with the watch.
The watch can be matched with our company’s mobile client APP “Maxcares” for personalized settings and data synchronization. In addition, the watch can check the weather, push information, alarm and also have other functions. It is a fashion smart watch with small size and strong function.
How to use
Button
Up button (switch on/off / bright lock screen):
- Long press 3S to switch the machine;
- In the main interface, short press to lock the screen, and then short press to brighten the screen;
- Other function interface: short press to return to the main interface;
Down button (select function list)
- In the main interface: short press to enter the function list;
- Turn off the screen: Short press to turn on the screen;
- Other function interface : short press to return to the main interface;
Swipe operation: Swipe left and right to switch the watch interface, and swipe right to return to the previous interface.

Download “Maxcares” App on Google Play (Android OS) or APP Store (iOS), register as a user, and then add the device to the application. -
Cancel the Bluetooth connection.
Method (1) Open “Maxcares” App → Settings→ 1Devices Disconnect.
Method (2) Turn off the Bluetooth function of the smartphone.
Charge
The interface cannot be switched during the charging process. When the watch
shakes during the charging process, an animation in progress will be
displayed.
Functions and operation instructions
Functions
Music control
Users can choose mobile phone music, with up/down song switch, volume
adjustment.
Find phone
After clicking “Find phone”, the device displays “Finding”. The phone will
vibrate and ring. To exit the finding, just swipe to the right.
Multisport
There are 10 sports modes as below. The customer’s heart rate, calories and
exercise time can be recorded, and can pause/continue.
Enter the “sports mode in progress” interface, swipe left to exit the sports mode with a single click, and the watch will display the exercise record.
Daily activity
The step counter interface of the watch displays the total number of steps,
distance, and calories of the user for the day. The data is cleared at 0
o’clock every day, and the user can upload all the data to APP.
Sleep
The sleep interface displays sleep duration, deep sleep duration, and light
sleep duration. The APP displays detailed sleep data, deep sleep and light
sleep time distribution graphs.
Heart Rate
The heart rate interface displays the user’s last monitoring record, the
highest and lowest heart rate, and a 24-hour heart rate graph.
If an abnormal heart rate of the user is detected, the device displays the
abnormal heart rate UI.
Temperature
Click on the temperature test interface then the watch will display the
temperature result of the test. Please make sure to wear the watch for more
than 10 minutes
Alarm
The user can set the alarm time on the APP.
Notifications
The device will receive the SMS from WeChat, QQ, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram
and other applications. Users can also perform SMS in the message settings.
Fast Heart Rate
The user can set the heart rate alarm reminder on the watch device or APP. The
upper limit of the heart rate alarm data can only be set on the APP side.
Incoming call
This watch has the function of rejecting and muting incoming calls.
Sedentary Reminder
The device will display the sedentary reminder UI. The value of the sedentary
reminder can only be set on the APP including the start time, end time, and
how long to remind.
Activity Goals
Users can set their own sports goals in the APP and achieve sports goals. The
watch screen displays the sports goal achieved UI and vibrates to remind you.
Remote capture
Open the camera APP (iOS) or Maxcares App (Android), press the down button of
the watch, click the camera function of the watch, shake the watch or click
the camera button in the middle of the screen

interference that may cause undesired operation. Any changes or modifications

user’s authority to operate the equipment. NOTE: This equipment has been

pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide
reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential
installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency
energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may
cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no
guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If
this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television
reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the
user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the
following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
The device has been evaluated to meet general RF exposure requirement. The device can be used in portable exposure condition without restriction
