FUNCTIONS

Touch surface area (Abbreviation: MFB button)

  • Turn on: When the earbuds are off, hold MFB for 3 seconds.
    When the white light is flashing, the earbuds are on. Then the red light and white light flashes alternately and enter pairing mode; Take out the earbuds from the case, they will automatically on and enter pairing mode (The red light and white light flash alternately) .

  • Turn off: Place the earbuds into the charging case. The earbuds will turn off and enter charging mode (Red light is on).

  • TWS pairing:
    1. Entering pairing mode, double touch MFB on both sides.
    2. TWS pairing time is 10s. If not paired after 10s, please try again.

  • Disconnect pairing mode:
    If the earbuds are paired, select disconnect on the phone, or turn off Bluetooth or the earbuds.

  • Automatically connect:
    1. After turning on the earbuds, the device shall automatically pair the earbuds within effective distance.
    2. After exceeding the effective distance, the earbuds will automatically pair if going back to the effective distance within 3 mins.

  • Answer/Hand up a call: Double touch MFB on the left/right side.

  • Reject an incoming call: Long touch MFB for 2 seconds on the left/right side.

  • Play/Pause: Touch MFB twice on the left/right side when the music is playing/pausing.

  • Last track: When the music is playing, touch MFB on the left side three times when the music is playing.

  • Next track: When the music is playing, touch MFB on the right side three times when the music is playing.

  • Low battery notification: When the battery voltage is lower than 3.3V, the red light flashes once every 30s.

  • Low battery shutdown: When the battery voltage is lower than 3.3V, earbuds will shut down automatically.

  • No paring shutdown: Earbuds will shut down automatically if no paring was found within 3 mins.

  • Earbuds charging: Place the earbuds into the case, then the red light is on while the white light on the case will off after 4 seconds.

  • Earbuds charging case charged: The red light will be off.

  • Earbuds case charged: Charge with 5V charger, white light & red light on the case will flash.

  • Earbuds charging case fully charged: The red light on the case will on.

  • Activate voice assistant: When the device is on standby mode, press MFB button for 3 s to activate voice control.

  • Reset: When the TWS is pairing (both sides), press any MFB three times and the red light of the left/right side flashes. Delete Bluetooth information from the device and the earbuds enter OFF state. When first use:
    1. The distance between earbuds and the phone shall be within 1m.
    2. Take out the earbuds, they will automatically turn on and enter paring mode (red light and white light flash alternately). When the red light and white light of one of the earbuds flash alternately, and the other earbud does not flash, it means that the left and right earbuds have been paired successfully.
    3. Go to “Bluetooth”, then search device. Select “MINISO-K88″and connect. When successfully paired, the light will off.
    4. If failed, please repeat the previous steps.
    5. If successfully paired, the earbuds will automatically pair when you take out them with the Bluetooth on. When you place back, they disconnect from the phone.

TROUBLESHOOTING

  1. Cannot hear audio playing when talking on the phone or listening to music, and the sound is coming from the phone. Answer: Please check in your paired Bluetooth device whether the uses for phone calls and media audio have been toggled on. The sound will come out from the mobile phone when either is toggled off.

  2. Audio latency
    Answer: Audio latency is common, as there is 10-20 msec time difference caused by decoding during video playing, you can try to disconnect the earbuds before reconnecting, or change to another player.

  3. The range of connection is less than 1 Om Answer: The effective distance is 5-8m, but could reach 9-1 Om. It is better to move your mobile device closer to the  earbuds (within 5m) and away from any interference or obstructions. Distance, phone brands and circumstances could make different outcomes.

  4. No response when using power bank.
    Answer: The earbuds input current is too small and the power bank cannot detect it. It is thought that the earbuds are fully charged and does not need to be charged, so the power bank will automatically shut down.

ATTENTION

a. To avoid hearing damage, use your earbuds at a comfortable, moderate volume level. Do not use the earbuds at a high volume for any extended period for it might cause permanent damage.
b. Do not use the earbuds at any time you need to focus, the inability to hear surrounding sounds may present a danger to yourself or others, e.g., while riding a bicycle or walking in or driving, etc.
c. When watching video, audio latency can might occur.
d. To prolong the lifespan, charge the earbuds or the charging case at least once per month when not in use for a long time.
e. The output voltage and current of the charger shall not more than 5V/1A. If the output voltage and current of the charger exceed the specified value, it will cause serious damage to the product, and the product warranty will be invalidated at the same time.
f. Enter/ Exit OUT: When one earbud is paired, touch 5 times MFB to enter into OUT mode, touch 3 times MFB to reset, the electricity will be disconnected when fully charged.
g. If the earbuds are dead, place the earbuds in the case to charge, and they can reboot after 5 seconds.
