- To make sure hot contents stay hot for longer, rinse the product with hot water prior to use. Chilled beverages will stay cold for longer if you rinse the container with cold water before using it.
- We recommend pre-heating/cooling for 3 minutes.
- To remove stubborn dirt, use a dishwasher detergent/tab with warm water and allow it to soak in. Then rinse with lots of water.
- Do not use any sharp-edged objects, abrasive products, solvents, or bleaching agents to clean this product.
- Please be cautious when handling warm drinks to reduce the risk of burns. Make sure that the drink is at a suitable temperature before consuming. When poured into the jug, the beverage may remain very hot for a long period of time.
