POWER UP

  1. Insert 2-AA batteries into your Outdoor Sensor.
  2. Insert the 5 volt power cord into an outlet, then into your Weather Station. Optional: Insert 3-AAA batteries tor backup.
  3. Once the sensor is reading to your display, place it outside in a shaded location to protect it from the sun’s heat.

Power Up

SETTINGS

  1. Hold the TIME SET button to enter the Settings Menu.
  2. Use the ARROW buttons to adjust values.
  3. Press the TIME SET button to confirm and move to next item.

Settings Menu Order:

  • WWVB ON/OFF
  • Time Zone
  • DST ON/OFF
  • 12/24 Hour
  • Hour
  • Minutes
  • Year
  • Month
  • Date
  • Fahrenheit or Celsius

WWVB OFF: When WWVB OFF is selected, you will move directly to 12/24 Hour setting.

Weekday: The Weekday will set automatically when your Year, Month and Date are set.

ATOMIC TIME SIGNAL – WWVB

  • Your station will automatically search for the Atomic Time Signal at UTC 7:00, 8:00, 9:00, 10:00. and 11:00.
  • Press the TIME SET button to manually start or stop a search for the WWVB Atomic Time Signal.
  • The Tower Icon will flash while searching, and remain solid on screen when the WWVB Signal is received.

TEMPERATURE/HUMIDITY ALERTS

  1. Hold the ALERTS button to enter the Alert Settings.
  2. Use the ARROW buttons to adjust values.
  3. Press the ALERTS button to confirm and exit.
  • When an alert value is reached, the station will beep 5 times every minute, until the value is out of the alert range.
  • Press any button to stop the alert from sounding.
  • The Hashing Alert Icon will indicate if it is a LO or HI alert.

ARM/DISARM ALERTS

Press the ALERTS button to toggle between alerts: Outdoor HI/ Outdoor LOW/ Indoor HI/ Indoor LOW

  • Press the UP ARROW button to arm the alert. Alert Icon will show.
  • Press the DOWN ARROW button to disarm the alert.

HEAT INDEX / DEW POINT

  • Press the HEAT/DEW button once to view remote Heat Index.
  • Press the HEAT/DEW button twice to view remote Dew Point.

LOW BATTERY

  • If a low battery icon is displayed In the Outdoor Temperature section, replace batteries in the sensor.
  • If a low battery icon is displayed in the Indoor Temperature section, or next to the Time, replace batteries ln your station.

RESTART

If your outdoor readings show dashes, complete a full restart:

  1. Bring your sensor inside next to your station.
  2. Remove the batteries and power cord from the display and sensor.
  3. Press any button on the display at least 20 times, and wait 15 minutes with the power off.
  4. After 15 minutes. install new batteries into your sensor, and then power back up the display with the power cord and batteries.
  5. Wait another 15 minutes to establish a strong connection. Place the sensor outside in a shaded location .
