WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE BOX

POWERING ON

Your Ivy HR arrives with a previously installed rechargeable lithium-ion battery and is powered on by placing your Ivy HR on the charging dock. Make sure to fully charge your Ivy HR before the first use.
To turn on your Ivy HR, plug the charging dock into the USB port on your computer or a UL-certified USB wall charger. Place the device on top, minding the position of the charging pins. For the first charge or when the battery of the device is fully drained, the white LED on the dock will light up after 8 seconds, signaling the start of the charging process. The light will stay on until the device is fully charged.

INSTALLING THE ACCOMPANYING APPLICATION

Visit the App Store (IDS) or Google Play (Android) to download the Bellabeat app. Open the app and connect Ivy HR following the on-screen instructions. You can find more information at

HOW TO WEAR NY HR

Ivy HR is de6igned to be worn on your wrist. We recommend wearing it snugly and on your non-dominant hand. For instructions on how to wear it and how to adjust the bracelet size, please visit support.bellabeat.com/ivy

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR NY HR

Your Ivy HR should be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth that you can use to wipe down the device and it. metal perts. To clean the charging pins, it is recommended to use a small makeup brush that will remove the residue between the metal pins and the housing of the Ivy HR. For the silicone bracelet, we recommend washing your bracelet with cold water and detergent-free soap.

WATER RESISTANCE

Your Ivy HR has passed the water-resistance IPX grade 6. This means it can withstand exposure to spraying water such as hand washing, sweating, and rain. Do not use it for showering, diving, or intentional swimming. Avoid any contact with salty or seawater. The warranty does not cover water damage.

CHARGING YOUR IVY HR

To charge your Ivy HR, plug the charging dock into the USB port on your computer or a UL-certified USB wall charger. Place the device on top, minding the position of the charging pins. Once properly connected, the white LED on the dock lights up, signaling the start of the charging process. The light will flash afters seconds and stay on until the device is fully charged. A full charge takes up to 3 hours.
