Thank you for choosing an Urbanista product.
FIRST TIME PAIRING AND RECONNECTING
To connect the earphones to a Bluetooth device for the first time, open the charging case whilst the earphones remain inside the case. The earphones will automatically enter pairing mode. Open Bluetooth settings on your device and select “Urbanista Lisbon” to connect. If pairing is not established within 5 minutes, pairing mode is canceled and the procedure must start over. The earphones will automatically reconnect to the same device you have paired them with when next turned on.
CONNECT TO ANOTHER DEVICE
Disconnect the earphones from the device to enter pairing mode again or to connect to another device. The earphones can store up to six paired devices.
CHARGING AND BATTERY
The earphones will automatically start charging when put back into the
charging case. A “low battery” voice prompt will notify you when there are 30
minutes of playtime remaining, after which the earphones will automatically
turn off.
Use the included USB Type-C cable connected to a power source to charge the
case. The “Battery Status Indicator” (1) will pulse during charging and
continuously lit when the case is fully charged.
- 0-35 % – The LED pulses red
- 35-70 % – The LED pulses white
- 70-100 % – The LED is lit white continuously
When not charging the case, simply open the lid to see the status of the charging case battery.
GOT SILICONE WINGS
The included silicone wings can be used for a secure fit.
RESET
- Delete the “Urbanista Lisbon” from the Bluetooth settings on your device.
- Press and hold the “Reset Button” (2) for 10 seconds, whilst the earphones remain inside the case until the “Battery Status Indicator” (1) flashes red quickly before turning white for 3 seconds. Close the charging case to successfully complete the reset. The reset can only be done while thecase is open.
- Follow the instructions in “First Time Pairing and Reconnecting” to reconnect to your earphones.
CONTROLS (3)
PLAY – Tap the left (L) or right (R) earphone twice.
PAUSE – Tap the left (L) or right (R) earphone twice.
NEXT TRACK – Touch and hold the right (R) earphone for 2 seconds.
VOLUME UP – Tap the right (R) earphone once.
VOLUME DOWN – Tap the left (L) earphone once.
ANSWER INCOMING CALL – Tap the left (L) or right (R) earphone twice.
END CALL – Tap the left (L) or right (R) earphone twice.
REJECT A CALL – Touch and hold the left (L) or right (R) earphone for 2
seconds.
VOICE ASSISTANT – Touch and hold the left (L) earphone for 2 seconds.

Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) information:
This Urbanista Lisbon meets the government’s requirements for exposure to
radio waves. The guidelines are based on standards that were developed by
independent scientific organizations through periodic and thorough evaluations
of scientific studies.
The standards include a substantial safety margin designed to assure the
safety of all persons regardless of age or health. FCC/IC RF Exposure
Information and Statement the SAR limit of USA (FCC) /IC(ISED)is 1.6 W/kg
averaged over one gram of tissue. Device types: Urbanista Lisbon has also been
tested against this SAR limit. This device was tested for typical head
operations with the earphone kept 0mm from the head. To maintain compliance
with FCC/IC RF exposure requirements, use accessories that maintain an 0mm
separation distance between the user’s head and the earphone. The use of belt
clips, holsters, and similar accessories should not contain metallic
components in its assembly. The use of accessories that do not satisfy these
requirements may not comply with FCC/IC RF exposure requirements and should be
avoided.
