Product Introduction
Please read this manual carefully before using the product and keep it properly. The product has the functions of real-time sleep monitoring, sleep data recording, sleep report, abnormal reminder, etc. The product is composed of a main monitoring pad and an extended monitoring pad. It can be divided into a single bed version (with main monitoring pad only), or a single bed extended version/double bed version (with extended monitoring pad). Users can choose according to different usage scenarios.

Installation Instruction
Step 1: Acquire the bed width from the bed manufacturer or the actual
measurement of the bed width, then refer to the installation location
requirements and select the appropriate location for installation (see Figure
1-3 for the installation location of each version), please note that the
monitoring pad needs to be fixed at 50 – 60cm away from the bed head position,
with the LOGO facing up.

Step 2 : Fix the monitoring pad. (Choose the following fixing method
according to the actual situation of the bed board). Method 1: Use adhesive to
fix. On the back of the monitoring pad, a 3M adhesive is attached to each
positioning frame (see Figure 4). Attach the device horizontally to the bed
board, the device’ s adhesive position should be pressed to ensure the device
is firmly attached to the bed board. Method 2: Use screws to fix and lock the
holes on the left and right sides of the monitoring pad, so that the device is
stably fixed on the bed board.

Step 3 : Connect the USB power cable (single bed extended version and
double bed version need to connect the extended monitoring pad’ s signal
cable), then connect the power supply and other devices to start the network
connection configuration. Step 4: Cover with mattress to complete the
installation (see Figure 5).
Precautions for installation and use
- This product is suitable for foam mattresses, spring mattresses, latex mattresses with the thickness of 6-30 cm. The use of water beds, air mattresses, and high-hardness mattresses may cause lower monitoring accuracy or function failure.
- The single bed version and the single bed extended version are only suitable for single person usage, and the double bed version is only suitable for double person usage. Please choose according to the actual situation.
- The product needs to be fixed on the hard bed frame (bed board) flatly and stably. There can be properly soft materials (such as soft cloth) between the equipment and the hard bed board. The soft material’ s thickness is recommended to not exceed 3mm.
- Please ensure that no vibration source is close to the sensor belt, so that the sensor belt can accurately monitor the user’s sleep. Vibration caused by electric fans, washing machines, loud music, etc. may cause misjudgment of this product.
App Search
“SleepNote” in the App Store or Google Play to download and install the SleepNote App. Supported mobile phone system versions: Android 4.4 and above, iOS 9.0 and above. Add and use the devices as the App prompts.
