How to Pair

Take out the Earbuds from charging case. Remove the insulation films and put the earbuds back into charging case, close the charging case and wait 5 seconds.

Open the charging box and the headset will automatically enter TWS pairing. After waiting for a few seconds, one headset enters the white light flash state, and the other headset’s white light flashes once every 5S.

Select Cute meet 300 under bluetooth menu on your device. The pairing of true wireless stereo mode is successful.
For mono channel pairing, please follow the below steps.
- Take out any one earphone, the white light will flash and automatically connect to the recorded device. When there is no connection, you need to manually click the pairing record on the device
- Congratulations. Your earbuds are connected successfully. You can choose to use them at True Wireless Stereo Mode or Single Channel Mode.
- Connect to a New Device
When you want to connect to a new device, please turn off the Bluetooth connection between your headphones and the current device. When the indicator lights flashing white, it indicates they have entered the pairing mode. Then you could select and connect to “Cute meet 300” on the Bluetooth connection interface of your new device.

- Long press the touch button 2 seconds.
Power off
- Put earbuds into charging case
- No connection within 3 minutes
Manual Power Off
- Long press the touch button 5 seconds
If you are in a call and another call comes in
- Press the left/right earbud for 1.5 seconds to reject the new call;
- Three – tap to the left/right earbud to finish the current call and answer the new call;
- Three tap the left/right earbud to keep the current call and connect the incoming call;
- In three party calls, two phone calls can be switched by three tapping the left/right earbud.
Charging
Charge before the first use. Open the charging case and insert the left earbuds into the left charging compartment and the right earbud into the right charging compartment.

Factory Data Reset
Try to reset as following instructions when two earbuds are unable to connect:
A. Disconnect Bluetooth connection between the headset and mobile phone
B. Five-tap power key, The LED will quickly flash; System restart,
C. The operation is complete, wait for them pairing successfully
D. Go to bluetooth mode on your device and select Cute meet 300 to connect.

How to change from Mono Mode to wireless Stereo Mode
(a)When you just only use the right earbud, take out the left earbud from charging case, the music from right earbud will stop, the left earbud will connect your device, and then the left and right earbud will play music at the same time.
(b)When you just only use the left earbud, take out the right earbud from charging case, the music will come out from the left and right earbuds at the same time. -
The earbuds cannot reconnect to my device automatically.
If your earbuds are connected to several devices before, they will reconnect automatically with the recently connected device.
(a) If the left white light flashes quickly, please enter the phones Bluetooth menu, search for Cute meet 300 and connect it
(b) If the left white light flashes slowly, please check if the earbuds are connected to another device automatically. And then, disconnect this connection or restore the factory settings (Factory data reset). -
The left and right earbuds can’t pair with each other.
Please put your earbuds into the charging case, and then take out them again. They will automatically pair with each other. If it doesn’t work, please restore the factory settings (Factory data reset) -
No sound from left/right earbud.
Please put your earbuds into the charging case, and then take out them again. If still not solve this problem, please carry out restoring the factory settings (Factory data reset), and then put your earbuds into charging case and then take out them again. -
