Safety instructions

  • Remove low batteries from the device immediately.

  • Call the doctor immediately if the battery is swallowed!

  • Remove the battery if the device is not used for a long period.

Area of application

Device for controlling indoor climate.

Function

– Indoor temperatures of -10°C to +50°C (+14°F to +122°F)
– Relative humidity of 20% to 90%
– Time, 2 mode time display (12h/24h), daily alarm (wake up) function
– Comfort zone indicators (Smiley display)
“SMILEY” appears at an indoor temperature of 18°C to 25°C (64°F to 77°F) and humidity of 40% RH to 65% RH.
“SMILEY” appears at other indoor temperatures and humidities.

Using the device

– The device comes with a 1.5 V battery (AAA type) already inserted. The open battery compartment, pull out insulation strip, replace the cover. The device displays both temperature and relative humidity.
– If the display shown is abnormal, remove the battery and reinsert after 2 seconds. The device returns to the normal display.
– Replace the battery if the display is still abnormal or faint. Check polarity when inserting the battery. Switching device off: Remove the battery.

Assembly

– Foldout mounting supports
– An integrated magnet for attachment to metal objects.

Time

  1. Press the MODE button for 2 seconds.
  2. Use the SET button to select 12h/24h mode.
  3. Press the MODE button. once to set setting both hours and minutes.
  4. Set the hours and minutes using the SET button.
  5. Press the MODE button to return to the normal time display.
    The device returns to a normal time display after 15 seconds.

Alarm

  1. Press the MODE button briefly. The display will show AL for alarm mode.
  2. Press the MODE button for 2 sec.
  3. Set hour using the SET button, press the MODE button and set minutes using the SET button, press the MODE button.
  4. SET switches alarm on or off.

Cleaning

– Only clean the device using a soft, slightly damp cloth. Never use chemicals or caustic cleaning agents.
– Store in a clean and dry state without battery.

Disposal

Do not dispose of devices together with domestic waste. Remove battery before disposal. Dispose of battery only as hazardous waste or in a collection area.
