Safety Precautions:

1. Please follow the rules described in this manual closely to ensure your safety.
2. Before using the earbuds, we would strongly encourage you to read this manual.
3. Do not modify, repair, or dismantle the earbuds or power case.
4. Do not use any liquids to clean the products.
5. Do not use the earbuds near water or intense temperatures.

Charging:

The battery isolator on both earbuds needs to be removed in order to be charged. Be sure to charge the devices completely before initial use.

Charging the earbuds

• Magnetic contact recharging, once placed into the charging case earbuds will begin to charge automatically.
• The LED light of the case will turn green, the earbud LED will turn solid red when charging.** Make sure the earbuds LED turns RED to confirm charging has begun.
• The LED lights on the case and earbuds will turn off when charging is complete.

Charging the power case

• `Use the provided Type-C cable to connect to an adapter or computer to charge the power case.
• When charging the power case LED light will flash orange and will turn green once fully charged.
• It will take approximately 2 hours to charge the case from 0% to 100%. When the case is fully charged, it will fully charge the earbuds 4 times from 0% to 100%.

Stereo Earbud Usage:

Pairing: First time

• Remove both earbuds from the case, they will begin to auto-pair to each other.
• You will hear a voice prompt say “Power On”.
• The earbuds will now both prompt “TWS Connected” informing you that the earbuds are now paired to each other. If done successfully the one earbud will flash RED & BLUE.
• Now activate Bluetooth on your mobile device. If the pairing is successful, only one “Synergy TWS” pairing name will appear in the Bluetooth options.

Search and Pairing

• Select “Synergy TWS” from your Bluetooth function.
• When you hear “Connected”, you will be successfully connected to your Bluetooth.
• If done successfully the earbud LEDs will slowly flash BLUE.
• The earbuds are now ready to be used.
• Previously paired earbuds will connect automatically when power is switched ON.
• If disconnected from Bluetooth for 5mins, earbuds will automatically shut off.
• Long touch the earbuds for 5 seconds to power off earbuds and the prompt will say “Power off”.
• If no connection is made to the earbuds within 5 minutes, the earbuds will automatically switch OFF.

Power ON:
Remove your earbuds from the charging case or press and touch the multi- function button for 3 seconds.

Power OFF:

• Place your earbuds back into the charging case or press and touch the multifunction button for 5 seconds.
• Once one earbud is turned off, the other will automatically turn off if they were connected.

Calling
With the built-in ENC(Environmental Noise Cancellation) feature the call quality will be clear!

• Answer/End Call:

Press the multifunction button once to answer an incoming call, and again to end the call.

• Reject a call:

Press and hold the multifunction button for 2 seconds to reject an incoming call.

Playing Audio

• Touch the multifunction button on the right or left earbud to play/pause your audio.
• Double press the right ear multifunction button to go to the next track or the left button to go to the previous track.
• Triple touch the multi-function button on the right earbud to increase volume and triple touch the multi-function button on the left earbud to decrease volume.

Activate Voice Assistant:
Touch and hold the multifunction button for 3 seconds, you will hear a beeping sound to indicate that your voice Assistant/Siri is “activated” and awaiting your commands.

Gaming Mode:

• • When playing a game, on the right earbud long touch the multi-function button for 3 seconds, earbuds will prompt “Gaming mode ON” indicating the gaming mode is
    turned on and earbuds turn on low latency function, the game and the sound are almost synchronized, low latency around 70-75ms

• Long touch the multi-function button for 3 seconds to return to normal Bluetooth mode.

• You will hear the voice prompt Gaming Mode Off.

Single Earbud Usage:

Pairing for the first time

• Remove the earbuds from the power case, You will hear a voice prompt “Power On” and the earbud will flash RED and BLUE.
• Open your Bluetooth options, switch on Bluetooth and select the pairing name “Synergy TWS”.
• If pairing is successful, you will hear the voice prompt “Connected”. The earbuds will slowly flash BLUE.
• If you would like to sync the earbuds, simply remove the other earbud from the case. The earbuds will pair automatically.

. Power ON/OFF

• Power ON: Remove your earbud from the charging case.
• Power OFF: Place your earbud back into the charging case or touch and hold the multifunction button for 5 seconds.

Once the earbud is successfully connected to your device, you can listen to audio. Answer/End calls: touch the multifunction button once to answer an incoming call, and again to end. Reject a call: Touch and hold the multifunction button for 2 seconds to reject an incoming call. Music: Short touch the button to pause the music or play the music. Activate Voice Assistant: Touch and hold the multifunction for 3 seconds, you will hear a beeping sound to indicate that your voice Assistant/Siri is “activated” and awaiting your commands. Gaming mode ON/OFF: Long touch the earbud for 3 seconds, earbuds will prompt “Gaming mode ON”, long touch for 3 seconds again, to turn gaming mode OFF and return to normal Bluetooth mode. You will hear the voice prompt “Gaming Mode Off”.

Power Case Tech Specifications

• Charging time:  2 hrs (from 0-100)

Mobile devices cannot connect with the earbuds if the earbuds are not in pairing mode. If the earbuds are unable to connect to a mobile device via Bluetooth for 5+ minutes, the earbuds will power off automatically.

Troubleshooting

Safety Precautions

WARNING–When using this product, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:

• The unit will only achieve full performance after 2 or 3 completed charge and discharge cycles.
• Do not overcharge your case. The unit may become hot under excessive use. Remove your case once it is fully charged. Never charge your case for more than 7 hours at a time.

• Do not expose the device to moisture.
• Do not use the device in excess of its output rating. Overload outputs above the rating may result in a risk of fire or injury.
• Do not use the device if damaged or modified.
• Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion, or risk of injury.
• Do not disassemble the device. Take the device to a qualified technician if service or repair is required. Incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of fire or injury.
• Do not expose the device to fire or excessive temperatures. Exposure to fire or temperatures above 212ºF/100°C may cause an explosion.
• Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts.
• This will ensure that the safety of the product is maintained.
