SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Before use make sure to read all of the below instructions in order to avoid injury or damage, and to get the best results from the appliance. Make sure to keep this manual in a  safe place. If you give or transfer this appliance to someone else make sure to also include this manual.
In case of damage caused by the user failing to follow the instructions in this manual, the warranty will be void. The manufacturer/importer accepts no liability for damages caused by failure to follow the manual, negligent use, or uses not in accordance with the requirements of this manual.

  1. Warning: Potential risk of injuries from misuse.

  2. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.

  3. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.

  4. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.

  5. Children shall not play with the appliance.

  6. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

  7. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.

  8. Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl, and cleaning.

  9. Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food processor as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to a sudden steaming.

  10. Before inserting the plug into the main socket, please check that the voltage and frequency comply with the specifications on the rating label.

  11. If an extension cord is used it must be suited to the power consumption of the appliance, otherwise overheating of the extension cord and/or plug may occur. There is a potential risk of injuries from tripping over the extension cord. Be careful to avoid dangerous situations.

  12. Disconnect the mains plug from the socket when the appliance is not in use and before cleaning.

  13.  Ensure that the mains cable is not hungover sharp edges and keep it away from hot objects and open flames.

  14. Do not immerse the appliance or the mains plug in water or other liquids. There is danger to life due to electric shock!

  15. To remove the plug from the plug socket, pull the plug. Do not pull the power cord.

  16. Do not touch the appliance if it falls into the water. Remove the plug from its socket, turn off the appliance and send it to an authorized service center for repair.

  17. Do not plug or unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet with a wet hand.

  18. Never attempt to open the housing of the appliance, or to repair the appliance yourself. This could cause electric shock.

  19. Children are unable to recognize the hazards associated with incorrect handling of electrical appliances. Therefore, children should never use electric household appliances
    unsupervised.

  20. Never leave the appliance unattended during use.

  21. This appliance is not designed for commercial use.

  22. Do not use the appliance other than intended use.

  23. Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not bend it.

  24. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.

  25.  Do not interfere with any safety switches.

  26. Wait until moving parts stop running before you remove the lid of the machine.

  27. Keep your finger away from moving parts and fitting tools. Never put your fingers, etc. in the hinge mechanism.

  28. Regarding the instructions for cleaning the surfaces which come in contact with food, speed settings, and operating times, please refer to the below paragraph of the manual.

OPERATION

  • Before processing the ingredients, please let them cool down to room temperature.

  • Before use, assemble your appliance according to the below pictures.

  • After assembly and adding ingredients, connect the power plug to the power supply. Rotate the control knob clockwise to choose your desired speed setting (from 0 to  MAX)
    Pulse speed: rotate the control knob anti-clockwise and hold to get the pulse speed – a faster speed.
    Release the knob to turn off the appliance.

  •  Unplug the appliance after use.
    NOTE: This appliance is equipped with a built-in safety lock. You can only switch on the appliance after you correctly assemble the following parts on the motor unit: the food processor jar and its lid; the grinder; the blender jar and its lid; the food processor jar and juicer.

USING THE KNIFE BLADE
There are two knife blades (stainless steel knife blade and plastic knife blade).

  1. Assemble the appliance in the following order.
  2. Ensure the food processor jar in step 2 and the lid in step 5 are locked well, or the appliance will not work.
    3)In step 3, you can choose your desired knife blade: stainless steel knife blade or plastic blade. Be sure to fix it well on the shaft.
  3. After the operation, you can disassemble the appliance by opposite flow and direction.
  4. Only open the lid when the blade completely stopped

Stainless steel knife blade:
▲ Before processing, cut the food into pusher size pieces.
▲ Not allowed to work more than 3 minutes each time; cool the motor for 30 minutes at least before the next operation.
▲ For coarser foods use the pulse speed.
▲ To keep the best processing result: use high speed or pulse speed

Plastic knife blade:
▲ Not allowed to work more than 2 minutes each time; cool the motor for 30 minutes at least before the next operation.
▲ Do not use more than 500g flour with 300g water each time.

USING FOUR KINDS OF BLADES

  1. Assemble the appliance in the following order.
  2. Ensure the food processor jar in step 2 and the lid in step 5 are locked well, or the appliance will not work.
  3. In step 3, you can choose your desired blade: French fried potato julienne disc, rough slicer & julienne disc, fine slicer & julienne disc, shredder Disc.
  4. After the operation, you can disassemble the appliance by opposite flow and direction.
  5. Always be careful when handling the blade as they are very sharp.
  6. Only open the lid when the blades are completely stopped

▲ Please pay attention to the capacity line of the container. Once the food approaches the max line on the container, please stop operation and pour out food.
▲ Switch on and push down evenly with the pusher – never put your fingers in the feed tube.
▲ To keep the best processing result: use high speed
▲ Not allowed to work more than 3 minutes each time; cool the motor for 30 minutes at least before the next operation.

USING GRINDER

  1. Assemble the appliance in the following order.
  2. In step 1, make sure the silicone ring could be well placed into the grinder cup. And then turn well the blade base in steps 2 & 3.
  3. Ensure the grinder cup is locked well in step 5, if not the appliance will not work.
  4. After the operation, you can disassemble the appliance by opposite flow and direction.
  5. Only take the grinder from the appliance when the blade is completely stopped.

▲ Not allowed to work more than 30 seconds each time; cool the motor for 30 minutes at least before the next operation.
▲ Use for milling coffee beans, almonds,s, and similar food.
▲ To keep the best processing result: use the pulse speed

USING THE BLENDER

  1. Assemble the appliance in the following order.
  2. Ensure the blender jar and Lid in step 2 and step 4 are locked well, or the appliance will not work.
  3. After the operation, you can disassemble the appliance by opposite flow and direction.
  4. Always be careful when handling the stainless-steel blade as they are very sharp.
  5. Only open the lid when the blades are completely stopped

▲ Not allowed to work more than 2 minutes each time; cool the motor for 30 minutes at least before the next operation.
▲ Never open the lid when the blade is still rotating. For extra caution, you can unplug the appliance before removing the lid.
▲ To add liquid ingredients during processing, remove the measuring cup of the lid and pour the liquid through the opening in the lid.
▲ Cut solid ingredients into smaller pieces before you process them.
▲ For a large quantity, pour small batches of ingredients instead of a large quantity at one time.
▲ Use cooked ingredients for soup preparation.
▲ If a liquid is hot or tends to foam (e.g. milk), do not put more than 1 liter in the blender jar to avoid spillage.
▲ If the result is not satisfactory, switch the appliance off and stir the ingredients with a spatula.
▲ To keep the best processing result: use high speed or pulse speed

USING THE EMULSIFYING DISC

  1. Assemble the appliance in the following order.
  2. Ensure the food processor jar in step 2 and the lid in step 5 are locked well, or the machine will not work.
  3. After the operation, you can disassemble the appliance by opposite flow and direction.
  4. Only take the disc from the appliance when the disc is completely stopped

▲ Not allowed to work more than 2 minutes each time; cool the motor for 30 minutes at least before the next operation.
▲ Used for aioli, instant pudding, mayonnaise, whipping cream, whisking eggs, egg whites, and sponge cake mixtures.
▲ For egg white whisking, please use room temperature eggs. Please ensure the bowl and emulsifying disc is dry and free from grease.
▲ Clean the emulsifying disc after each use.
▲ To keep the best processing result: use high speed

USING THE CITRUS JUICER

  1. Assemble the appliance in the following order.
  2. Ensure the food processor jar in step 2 and the juicer in step 4 are locked well, or the appliance will not work.
  3. After the operation, you can disassemble the appliance by opposite flow and direction.
  4. Only take the juicer from the appliance when the juicer is completely stopped

▲ Use this citrus juicer to squeeze the juice from citrus fruits (e.g. oranges).
▲ Pay attention to the capacity line. Once the food approaches the max line on the container, please stop operation and pour out food.
▲ Not allowed to work more than 3 minutes each time; cool the motor for 30 minutes at least before the next operation.
▲ To get the best performance, press the orange not only vertical by also on the left or right side.
▲ To keep the best processing result: use high speed

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Before you clean the appliance, unplug it.
  • Make sure that the cutting edges of the blades do not come into contact with hard objects. This may cause the blade to get blunt. The cutting blades are sharp. Be careful when you do the cleaning.
  • Clean the motor unit with a moist cloth.
  • Clean the other parts in soapy water (<60°C). Rinse and dry.
  • Except for the motor unit, all the other parts can be cleaned in a dishwasher with a water temperature of less than 60°C and wash time no more than 1 hour.
  • Store the product in a dry place.
