Designed specifically for USB interface devices, the EKSA E1000 gaming headset is a professional gaming headset with 7.1 surround sound, noise-canceling microphone, and
adjustable headband. We also equipped it with RGB Lights for a better gaming experience.

The 120° rotatable microphone can pick up your voice from your mouth in the right position. And high sensitive microphone with upgrade noise reduction tech can reduce distracting background noise and pick up your voice clearly.

The adjustment can be made on either side of the headset as shown by sliding it outwards to achieve a comfortable fit.

Operating Your Gaming Headset

Usage (PlayStation°4)
Insert the USB plug directly to the Playstation 4 Console and follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Settings Menu and select it.
  2. Highlight the “Devices ” menu option and select it.
  3. Scroll down to “Audio Devices” and select it. |
  4. Choose “Output to Headphones” and select “All Audio”.

For Windows PC/Laptop
Step 1:

  1. Insert the USB headset plug into the USB port on the Laptop.
  2. Open your ”Sound” settings from the ”Control Panel” and select ”Hardware and Sound” and then select ”Sound”. (You can also right-click your sound icon on the system tray and select Playback devices).
    Step 2:
    In the Playback tab, select ”USB Audio Devices” from the list and click ”Set as Default Device”.

For Mac

  1. Insert the USB connector into the USB port on the Mac.
  2. In “System Preferences”, click on the“Sound” icon.
  3. Click on the Input tab and select the“USB Audio Device” for default sound input.
  4. Click on the Output tab and select the“USB Audio Device” for default sound output.

Troubleshooting

Issue Solution
If there is something wrong with the headset. 1. Adjust the headphone volume

at the volume control on the headset. 2. Make sure the headset is not in the mic-mute state.
3. Check the USB connection to the computer, and try a different USB port on the computer.
4. Check the volume and microphone settings in the system and run the software.
5. Restart your system or software.
When the microphone of the headset cannot be used.| 1. You need to disable the computer’s onboard mic by accessing your sound devices in the hardware section of the control panel. And choose the mic of the headset.
2. Check whether the mute switch on the microphone is opened or not.

Matters Needing Attention

1. This headset can only be used on game devices with a USB interface.

2. Please make sure the microphone is not muted before use.
3. Please make sure all the wires are in the correct position when using it.

Limited Warranty

EKSA warrants that this product, be for 2 years from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user. And it is delivered from EKSA authorized reseller, in original package, in new condition, and is free from any defects in manufacturing and workmanship. We will repair or replace (using new or refurbished replacement product) any defective product within a reasonable period and free of charge.
This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance; failure to follow operating instructions; accidents; excess moistures; insects;
lightning; unauthorized alteration or modification of original condition; damage caused by inadequate packing or shipping procedures; loss of, damage to or corruption of stored data; damage caused by use with non-EKSA products; the product that requires modification or adaptation to enable it to operate in any country other than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by their modifications; and products purchase from unauthorized dealers.

How to Make a Claim?

In the event damage has occurred to products, you must follow these instructions:

  • Please contact info@eksa.net soon with the order number on the e-commerce website after you discover a product defect (or should have discovered it, if such product defect was obvious).
  • In order to get professional solutions from EKSA, please give a detailed explanation of how the damage occurred.
  • Return the products. EKSA will, at our sole option, repair or replace (using new or refurbished replacement parts) any defective parts within a reasonable period of time and free of charge.

Email us at info@eksa.net with faulty products. Please attach the video and the description of the product. We could solve the problem with more details timely.

Other Legal rights

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also may have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country. Some places do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.   • If you can’t connect the headset/headphones to your devices, please ask us for complete FAQ guidance. You can find the solution finally.
  • Depending on your head/ear size/shape, it may be a little tight (feels like“on ear”) for someone to wear which is designed to avoid sound leakage. In case of that and to
    get both audio and wearing comfort, please take off the headphone every 1~2 hours to get your ears relaxed and protect them from the muggy environment in use.
