How to pair the door sensor H5023 to the receiver H7202?

The sensor has been paired with the receiver in our factory. Normally you do not need to pair it again.

If you find the receiver can ring when you press the volume or melody button, but the receiver won’t ring when the sensor is triggered. Please pair the sensor to the receiver manually.

Here are the steps:

1. Press the “Melody” and “Volume” buttons on the receiver at the same time.
2.  Separate the transmitter and the magnet twice within 10 seconds.

How to change the melody for door sensor H5023?

1. Choose the desired melody.
2. Press the “Melody” and “Volume” buttons on the receiver at the same time.
3. Separate the transmitter and the magnet twice within 10 seconds to check if you have changed it or not.

How to pair the motion sensor H5024 to the receiver H7202?

2. Press the “Melody” and “Volume” buttons on the receiver at the same time.
3.  Trigger the sensor twice within 10 seconds.

How to change the melody for motion sensor H5024?

1. Put the motion sensor next to the receiver, turn on it, wait for 15 seconds.
2. After you choose the desired melody, please press the “Melody” and “Volume” buttons on the receiver at the same time.
3. Trigger the sensor twice within 15 seconds to check if you have changed it or not.

I have connected the gateway to wifi, but I have a new wifi now. How to

connect the gateway to the new wifi?

Please do not delete the sensors. Please add the gateway one more time and follow the APP prompts to finish the process.

What’s the difference between basic version motion sensor and wifi

version motion sensor?

We have 2 versions motion sensors.

The motion sensor(ASIN:B07J9WDX95) is basic version. not be connected to wifi. The receiver itself can ring when the sensor is triggered.

The motion sensor(ASIN:B07YKJ5TT6) is wifi version. It can be connected to 2.4Ghz WIFI. The hub itself can not ring, but you will receive notification on your phone if the sensor is triggered.

What’s the difference between basic version door sensor and wifi version

door sensor?

We have 2 versions door sensors.

The door sensor(Asin:B07RQ6HWSC) and (Asin:B07RWTZNKW) are the basic version. The receiver H7202 can ring when the sensor is triggered, but it can not be connected to wifi or phone.

The door sensor(Asin:B07TVPBR55) is the wifi version. The gateway H5040 itself can not ring, but it can be connected to wifi or phone.

Do I have to repeat the connection process if I want to change the gateway location?

If the wifi is the same as before, you do not need to repeat the process, please unplug the gateway and replug it to other socket.

If the wifi is not the same as before, please add the gateway one more time and follow the APP prompts to finish the process.

Why does the gateway shows unconnected/ the sensor shows offline?

Because the gateway loses wifi connection.
Please unplug the gateway and replug in it, the gateway will reconnect to wifi automatically.
Please shorten the distance between the gateway and your router.
