13 When Cleaning is complete or the battery is too low,Robi ProMaster will automatically go to
charging station to charge itself. Keep the charging station in power, otherwise the machine
can not find the charging station.

If Robi ProMaster does not operate for 10 minutes, it will go into sleep mode.

When spot cleaning command is given Robi ProMaster starts from its current position and clean a specific spot of your house according to a spiral route.

ATTENTION

  • When the device passes over a power cable, it may pull the cable, resulting in an object on the table or shelf falling. Before using this device, collect objects such as pieces of clothing and paper; bundle up blinds and curtain cords, and power cables; and remove breakable objects from the ground.
  • Keep in mind that the robot moves on its own. Be careful not to step on the robot when walking in the area where the robot is moving.
  • Do not use this device to clean sharp objects, glass, or any object that is on fire or emits smoke.
  • Please use the robot with caution when the water tank is placed on the carpet.

INFORMATION

  • This robot should only be used on dry ground. Do not use this device to clean up spilled liquids. Do not let your robot or charging station get wet.
  • Do not place anything on top of your robot.
  • Failure to keep the charging points clean may result in the robot not being able to charge the battery.

CHARGING STATION

WARNING

  • Do not use a charging station with a damaged cable or plug, if the cable or plug is damaged it must be replaced.
  • Before cleaning or maintaining your robot, always disconnect the charging station.
  • Charge your robot only with the power supply provided with it. The power supply that comes with your device provides a safe extra-low voltage for the corresponding input signal on the robot; and this is necessary for safe operation.
  • To avoid the risk of your robot falling off the stairs, make sure the charging station is located at least 1.2 meters away from the stairs.
  • Do not unplug the charger even after it is fully charged so that the product can continue to operate normal

GENERAL WARNING

  • Your robot is not a toy. Small children and pets should be supervised while your robot is operating.
  • Do not sit or stand on your robot or charging station
  • Do not use unapproved chargers. Using an unapproved charger may cause the battery to heat up, smoke, burn or explode.
  • Your robot comes with a regionally approved power cable and is designed to be plugged into a standard domestic AC outlet only. Do not use any other power cable. For replacement cables, please contact Customer Service to ensure you have selected the correct country-specific power cable.
  • Do not open your robot or charging station. There are no user-serviceable or repairable components inside the device. Contact qualified maintenance personnel for maintenance work.
  • Only use indoors in a dry environment against the risk of electric shock.
  • Never touch your robot and charging station with wet hands.
  • Store and operate your robot at room temperature.
  • If the room to be cleaned has a balcony, a physical barrier should be placed in front of the balcony door, preventing the device from going to the balcony and ensuring that the device operates in a safe environment.

CARRYING

  • Carry the device with its original packaging during transport and transportation. The packaging will protect the device from physical damage.
  •  Do not place heavy objects on the device or its packaging. The device may be damage
  •  If the device is dropped, the device may not work or permanent damage may occur
  • If necessary, wash and dry the chamber.
  • The filter is recommended to be cleaned every 10 cleaning cycles and replaced every 2 months.
  • The dust bag is recommended to be replaced once a month.
  • The front small wheel is recommended to be cleaned every 10 cleaning cycles and replaced annually.
  • Side brushes and main brush are recommended to be cleaned every 3 cleaning cycles and replaced annually.
